You must apply to Cypress College to receive your MyGateway ID #. It is recommended you apply to Cypress College prior to the program application opening date. If you have applied to Fullerton College, the MyGateway ID# is the same. It takes approximately 72 hours to be sent an email with your ID#.

Make sure to click ‘Enter another college’ to add each college attended (including W’s, dual enrollment courses, college(s) with in-progress course(s) during application semester, and list each college attended within a district). ALL colleges attended must be listed, regardless if course(s) relate to the program, for application to be considered eligible.
Click here to see the colleges already listed. Cannot remove or change what has been added. Repeats and misspelled will be ignored. Spell out colleges (ex. CSUF - CSU Fullerton or CSU Fresno).

All boxes within each required line must be filled in or the page will not save and an error will occur, unless AP or Degree is selected in the course grade column. If a college is not listed in the drop down menu, the college needs to be added to the list of colleges attended in the ‘previously attended college(s)’ section.

Click on MyGateway on the top menu bar.
Login to your MyGateway Account
*If you are having problems logging into your MyGateway Account and have not registered for classes in the previous semester, you may need to apply to Cypress College. Applying will make your account active with the same I.D. #.
Viewing College Provided Email Address and Accessing Emails (In MyGateway)
Click on the Student link within the left hand column.
Click Request Student Email if you have not already done so. View your email address. Click on View Student Email to access your emails.
OR Visit https://my.cypresscollege.edu/ Click on My Office Online Enter your student email and password (the password is your MyGateway password)
Click on Outlook to begin.
