Quest Builders Group Inc. provides General Contracting, Construction Management, Advisory and Consulting Services. Projects range from tenant fit-out and infrastructure, restaurant, hospitality and retail through new core and shell work.

PhilosophyQuest Builders Group has one single goal in mind and that is to build long term relationships. We recognizetoday’s project challenges and how our role in the industry has changed. Today’s projects include tightschedules and even tighter budgets. As such, and in addition to our basic construction services, we must be innovative thinkers. We must constantly look for creative solutions and new ways to implement them. We need to be responsive to our clients, consultants and subcontractors. Our actions must always uphold the highest ethical standards and we must always maximize our client dollar.

Principal InvolvementThe company’s success is directly attributable to the personal “hands on” approach of the principals. Each project, no matter the size is overseen by a principal of the firm.

Value Engineering and Cost ControlChanges are commonplace during a project. Through extensive reporting and due diligence our clients are completely made aware of scope and overall impact. If there is a way to reduce cost or expedite completion, we will deliver it.

SERVICESConstruction ManagementQuest Builders Group Inc. provides its clients complete construction management services including siteevaluation, pre-construction services, construction services, vendor management, commissioning, close-out, and sign-off management. With millions of square feet of collective experience we are uniquely poised to navigate through today’s construction challenges and make each project a successful one. We take a team approach to every project; making collaborative decisions throughout. This method of delivery is best when the design is ongoing and changes are still being made.

General ContractingQuest Builders Group Inc. provides competitive lump sum bidding. Pulling from our extensive pool ofsubcontractors, we possess the ability to get extremely competitive numbers for our clients. These numbers are still vetted by our seasoned estimators. When numbers are presented we are sure to qualify what items are included. We frequently provide add alternates to show other items that may not have been on the drawings but will likely be needed based on our experience . This allows our clients to make informed decisions prior to engagement.

Pre-Construction ServicesQuest Builders Group, Inc. can provide an extensive array of pre-construction services ranging from siteselection and feasibility analysis through pre-purchasing, logistics evaluation estimating and scheduling.

Site Safety ManagementNo matter what role we play in the process, site safety is a core focus. We want everyone to safely return home at the end of the day. We enforce not only OSHA rules and standard building rules and regulations, butmaintain our own rigorous requirements that must be adhered to by anyone on one of our sites. Job cleanliness helps promote this concept and it is strictly enforced. We recognize that we are just a “guest in your home.”

Building Evaluation & AdvisoryQuest Builders Group Inc. will work with your facilities staff and team to conduct a thorough building evaluation, program and impact study. Our service include site evaluation and due diligence, program evaluation, MEPS Review, feasibility analysis, estimating, value engineering and life cycle analysis.

LEADERSHIP

LEADERSHIPQuest Builders Group principals combine years of industry experience. Our foundation is based on integrity, client service, diligence and execution.

Mr. Patrick Fitzpatrick has twenty years experience in the New York construction industry. His day to dayresponsibilities include managing all pre-construction cost estimating through detailed budgeting, purchase and award for all Quest Builders Group projects. Prior to establishing QBG, Mr. Fitzpatrick was a Senior Estimator at a large Manhattan based construction firm where he managed numerous corporate accounts. In the last decade, he has successfully completed in excess of two million square feet of interior fit-outs and upgrades. Mr. Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Architecture from the University of New Haven, andparticipated in The Construction Management Graduate Program at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn.

Mr. Eric Derector has eighteen years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Mr. Derector’sprimary day to day responsibilities are liaising between the operational and administrative sectors of the projects. Mr. Derector also provides MEPS oversight for all QBG projects. He has successfully completed over 1,000,000 square feet of new construction, high tech tenant modernization work and commercial office fit-outs, ranging from law firms and financial institutions to hospitals and hotels. Mr. Derector holds Bachelor of Science inConstruction Engineering and Management from the University of Maryland.
