Aims And Objectives

We have formed our Organization for the promotion of the values like

Democracy, Freedom, National Integration, Social-Economical-Gender Equality,

World-Peace, Scientific-Attitude and Secularity.

1. Women, the 50 % part of the society is till deprived of the Human-rights

and marginalized from the society .So, we have decided to work for their

Empowerment, Self-reliance and Employment Generation.

2. The Money-lending is the main cause of Economic exploitation of the

poor people. We dream for “Money-lender free society’’ with the help of SHGs

and their community-based federation.

3. Due to unemployment or partial employment poor people are migrating

towards big cities for ‘Hamali’ work. (Labour-work) .

Our Vision “An empowered and Self-reliant women in a money-lender free violence free family

and village.”

Our Mission Our mission is to provide self-employment to our members through

entrepreneurship groups (SHGs) and their Co-Operative by granting repetitive

loans .

We provide them life, assets, health, security through Micro-Insurance.

We are establishing, promoting, motivating community based Micro-Finance

Institution.

Progress of Samata Mahila Bachat Gat Members Credit Co-op society, Beed

SMCCS established on 2nd oct. 2008.After completion of two and half year

the progress is very good. The smccs get finance under franchisee program

of Annapurna Mahila Co-Op Credit Society. We have an election for the 1st

board of trustee for the year 2010 to 2015. the 1st Board was elected

unopposed and Shubhangi Kulkarni was become the President of the

SMCCS.

We Copt Santosh B.P. and Sangeeta Pathak as resource trustee.

We also copt Dr.Medhatai Samant (Purav ) and Com. Trimbak Hargange as

special invited trustees on the board.

Report Of Franchisee Of Amccs

AMCCS FREANCHISEE Meeting was held 4 times in the financial year 2010-11 at

AMM office, PUNE. Our trustee Santosh B P was attended all these meetings.

Amccs was invited us on their board meeting on 05/03/2011 Shubhangi kulkarni

and Santosh B .P. attended the meeting.

On 29/1/2011on the annual day of AMCCS delegation of our trustees attended

the function.

Visit of our Trustees to Padmashi Prematai Purav’s House at Pune to Share the

development of SMCCS and get Guidance from her.( 15/07/2010) Report Of Computerisation Of Smccs

Our SMCCS was fully computerized on 30/06/2010. Using the software bank tech of softman infosolution pvt. Ltd Aurangabad an iso 2001.9000 company

PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL LETRACY MISSION PROGRAME ‘’SAKSHAR BHARAT SAMARTH BHARAT ABHIYAN’’

Under the Program of State Literacy Mission we have conducted 4th std. exam for

neo literate person in 5 villages viz. Rajuri, Rudrapur, Belura, Sakshal Pimpari,

Wadgaon, Gundha.on 20/08/2010. Near about 150 women were appeared for this

examination with full enthusiasm.

We as SAMATA PRATISHTHAN chose 10 villages for the literacy wareness.

Belura, Katwatwadi ,Sakshal Pimpari, Ketura,Rudrapur, Pargaon,Shiras,S0ngaon

,Nathapur, Pimplner ,Loni-Shahajanpur in this villages we try our level best

for the awareness of the 4th std exam. We took initiative in the davndi

program. We took corner meetings and shg meetings also.

Literacy And Women We also organize 5 program in 5 villages on the subject literasy and Women.’

We get full response from SHGs member women in this Program. This program was

conducted on the occasion of national literacy day, 5 TH

Sept. 2010. We conducted the program in following villages Nirgudi, Loni-

Shahajanpur,Belura, Wadgaon and Rudrapur.

And near about 2500 SHGs Member Women were benefited the program.

Progress Of Micro Insurance Agency – We have participated in the Micro Insurance Agency programme

since Nov 2008. Sill now we have taken insurance policy of 206 our members. In

this financial year we purchase 71 insurance policy for our members. All micro

insurance activities are linked with micro finance activity of SAMATA MAHILA

BACHAT GAT MEMBERS CO-OP CREDIT SOCEITY.

Benefit of SHMF is :- at the time of hospitalization the member get interest

free loan of Rs. 5000/- from SMCCS.

The net work Doctors and Hospitals provide fee concession to members of

SHMF in indoor and outdoor health services.

Visits Of Dignities To Our Office

Mr. Ashok Magdum, Chairman of Maharashtra Gramin Bank visited our office

and take an review of Samata work.0n Visit Of Lic Officers To Our Samata Office In the month of Feb-2011Mr.V.K.Jain Sr.Divisional Manager and

Mr.Apte Zonal Manager of LIC of India visited to our office with his

officers. They observe the work of micro Insurance and suggested to

take more policies in this year. They also promise us to come to our

program of international women’s day. They kept their promice and

came on the occasion of 8TH march 2011.

Paticipation In Tejas Festival The President of India Hon. Pratibhatai Patil visited to Beed on that occasion

Zilla Parishad ,Beed organized the Tejas Melawa for SHGs . We participated in that

Melawa with our Annapurna snacks centre.

Mr. Nitin Khade , CEO, ZP., Mr. Langore PD DRDA, Mr. Deshpande Regional Manager, Bank of Maharashtra visited to our Stall and appreciated the work of Samata. DRDA inaugurated ‘’YASHOGATHA’’ of SHGs in Beed district. They also Published a article on SMCCS in this book.

This year we celebrate the Savitribai Phule Jayanti especially for insurance

program. On 11th jan we organize the melawa and convinced the women to take

their policies under micro insurance and make their lives secure.

The Sr.Divisional manager VK Jain was arrived for this function.

On the occasion of Savitri Bai Phule Jayanti Programmee we organized mahila

melava at our office. The Sr.Divisional Manager of LIC of India Mr. N.K. Jain

was address the women regarding the importance of Micro Insurance.

8th march 2011 International Women Day Program We organize the 100thinternational women’s day at 8TH march 2011.Dr.

Medha tai Samant,the founder secretary of Annapurna, Mr.Mandar Valveker, the

engineer of IIT PAWAI, Mr. V. K. Jain, the senior divisional officer of LIC, were

especially presented for the occasion.

Coro –cfl project

we are participating in the coro cfl project from last 3 years. For this year Smt.

Anita Gaikwad is the fellow and her subject of fellowship is “Participation of women

in SHGs and in Govt. health program.

The mentor is Sangeeta Pathak .

Our fellow and mentor attended all the training workshops organized by CORO,

Mumbai.

W e SANTOSH B.P. also took one Session on micro-finance.

SANGEETA PATHAK GIVING HER OPINION Shakti Software for SHGs

With the Joint venture support of Soft Man Info solution Pvt.Ltd Aurangabad, we

have developed software for SHGs to prepare accounts and all management

information system. This software helps SHGs through internet web base support

for preparing their accounting reports as well as activity report. The work is in

progress, we launch the web site for this program on 8th march 2011.

Aurangabad was also Present at this Program. The Regional Manger of Maharashtra

Gramin Bank Mr. Jaiswal , The Branch Manager of Micro Insurance branch of LIC

Mr.Nandgaonkar was also present at this time.

This project will be run by Samata Prathishthan and the Softman

Infosolution Pvt.Ltd. Jointly for the benefit of SHGs This Software is also benefits

the banks, the RRBs , NGOs , Micro finance institutes to build MIS of their partner

SHGs .

NRHM CBM PROJECT AND HEALTH ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION IN NRHM –CBM PROJECT-

We are participated in the TOT of CBM project on 1 to 3 mar 2011.

We have selected as taluka coordinator NGO In this project for 3 PHC’s and

15 villages of Beed taluka.

Participation in JAN AROGYA ABHIYAN.

Our 4 activists are participated in the state adhiveshan of Jan Arogya Abhiyan

on 5-6 mar 2011, in Pune.

Our 2 activists are also participated in the regional workshop and meeting of

Marathwada region PHA.
