Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy

(UDRP) - Three Elements 1. The domain name is identical or confusingly

similar to a trademark or services mark in which the complainant has rights;

2. The domain name holder has no rights or legitimate interests in relation to the domain name; and

3. The domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.
