Back-office Content Management With the Salesbook’s “Administration Panel” you can easily create, manage and distribute the marketing content you want to communicate to your clients. Easy to use interface and efficient procedures to achieve minimum time, needed for content management.

Import images and .pdf files Salesbook’s content can be created effortlessly by importing simple images and .pdf files. There is no need for professional software, specialized staff or specified file types.

Versioning Content and Sync between server and tablets Every time the tablets are connected online the content of the tablets can be synchronized with the server. Salesbook’s algorithm identifies and tracks the content changes and updates only what is necessary, even a single page within a book of 500 pages. With this complex versioning system Salesbook minimizes idle, synchronizing times and bandwidth requirements.

Page Analytics Salesbook provides the capability of recording full presentation analytics and history, of the sales’ activity. It keeps track of the location and the time stamp of each page viewed, the display time per page and the relevant browsing and navigating through each “salesbook”.

GPS Track Salesbook has the capability of tracking and mapping the sales actions and procedures, with the use of GPS technology.

Reporting Salesbook provides management reports, imprinting the full sales’ activity in a compact and comprehensible report. Multimedia Content Salesbook enables the capability of enhancing product presentations with multi-media content. Within in each presentation you can set cross-references to help you navigate through the content and provide short routes. Furthermore, you can set “hotlinks”, linking to multimedia content, such as catalogues, audiovisual con-tent, and online content through url hotlinks. Multimedia content helps in creating eye-catching, vivid and dynamic presentations.

Multiple “salesbooks” There is the capability of creating multiple “salesbooks", each one addressing different salesmen, clients and selling instances. Then, the “salesbooks” are either delegated among salesmen to serve specific selling needs or stored in e-libraries for future use.
