Part 1 - Half day workshop with a focus on 1. How to sell with Why and 2. The mistakes we
make in sales today and how to overcome them……

Workshop 1: Why factor and overcoming the challenges you face in Sales today Length: Half day session with a break in between - (3 to 3.5 hours and 30 to 50 mins break)
Type : Description: Objective:
Video Why factor – a powerful 17 minute video to prompt the thinking on what we call – “Why factor”. It is on why Apple and similar companies are so successful and cover’s what we term as Why factor in Sales.
Challenge and change their thinking
Workshop exercise
We review with people in teams using flip charts, their understanding of why factor and qualify their feedback.
Test their understanding and answers on why and motivate them to get the answers
Presentation and
education
Part 1: We unpack the current challenges that Sales people face in Sales and show some video’s examples of mistakes made Part 2: We unpack why the challenges have occurred and what the underlying issue is Part 3: We unpack how to overcome the challenges – what you need to do and change, tips on tools to use and information to research.
Relate to their challenges – by being empathetic we get their buy in. Then show them the real issue and give them insight on how to solve them.
