Lunch and Learn Here’s an outline for a one-hour “Lunch and Learn” workshop with your team to bring lessons from the seminar back to the group. The goal is to facilitate a discussion about a how a transaction works from beginning to end, using key principles from the training.

For a small team, the discussion could be with the full group for the full hour. For a larger team, consider splitting them into two groups for the middle two sections. Give them 20 minutes to discuss in concurrent sessions, and then bring everyone together for a 20 minute debrief with the full group.
