• All games count each week.

• Keep watch for your H2H saviors, aka ‘sleeper’ (players who have low salaries and yield high H2H point totals). Take note that the salaries may decrease at midseason, while before the playoffs begin, all players salaries may go up or down.

• To keep H2H Fantasy Baseball easy for all to follow, the only player stats that count are pitching and batting (See chart on the next page.) So, lose your loyalties and go with the big sticks!

• Watch for possible rainouts especially early in the season.

• Look for doubleheaders and make-up games.

• Have fun!! H2H Fantasy Baseball is intended for entertainment purposes.

How to keep score!Your fantasy baseball players score points based upon their actual on-field performance.

At the end of each week (Wednesday through Tuesday), add the fantasy points for each of your players. Do the same for you opponent’s team. The team with the higher total is the winner for that week.

yOU cAn FOllOW AlOnG!Just follow the example to the right. To keep score, just look in your daily newspaper. You will find a box score for every game played the day before. The box score gives the statistics of each player in every game. Record your and your opponent’s team score on the official Head2Head weekly Scorecards on pages 17-30. If you receive your reports via the internet, your boxscores will be updated each weekday.

tieBReAkeRsGame – In the event your team’s H2H point total equals that of your opponent, the team with the lower team total salary will post a win for the week. If the salary totals are the same, the team with the most cumulative points wins. For additional tiebreakers, see rules.

division – If two teams have the same win/loss record at the end of the H2H Regular Season, the team that won the H2H match-up will finish with the higher division ranking. If more than two teams have the same win/loss record, then division rank will be determined by cumulative H2H Regular Season point totals (highest to lowest is associated to final division rank). If a tie remains in either case, each tied team will share the division rank.

Playoffs and championship Game – If a tie still exists after the Playoffs the team with the greater cumulative H2H regular season point total will win the tiebreaker. If a tie still exists after the Playoffs, the team with the greater point total in the World Series will finish higher. If a tie still exists after applying these tiebreakers, the respective prize(s) will be split evenly among all tied teams.

All-stAR GAMe scORinGAll batting points for your players that participate in the All-Star game will be included in the appropriate H2H period. Pitching staff points for the All-star game will not be included in the H2H period.

Only one pitching staff is allowed per team. A pitching staff may not be used in the utility position.

How to Make tradesIt’s easy to trade your players in H2H Baseball. You do not trade with other owners so all you need to do is decide which players your want to drop and which players you want to add. Keep in mind that your resulting team salary must not exceed the Salary Cap. Players dropped and added must play the same position except for changes in the utility position. All trades become effective for the next Head2Head game. Only if your trades are made by the appropriate phone or Internet deadline proceeding that Head2Head period.

There are two different types of trades – individual prepaid trades and Full-team trade certificates (Ftc’s). Individual trades cost $3.00 or you can buy a money-saving package of 10 for $25 ($2.50 each), 20 for $40 ($2.00 each) or 50 trades for $90 ($1.80 each). A trade consists of dropping one player and adding another. FTC's allow you to trade up to all ten players on your roster at one time. All Complete Package and High Stakes teams will receive 1 FTC. Season Pass members will receive 3 FTC's on every complete package or high stakes teams

PHOne deAdlines & tRAdinGPreseason phone trading is free until the deadline at 6 PM eT (3 PM PT) on Wednesday, April 4th. Phone trading for period #2 will begin Monday, April 9th. The weekly phone trade period is Mondays from Noon eT (9 AM PT) until Tuesdays at 7 PM eT (4 PM PT).

to make trades by phone, be prepared with the following information:• Member ID# and Team Name• Player ID’s for the players you want to drop and• Player ID’s for players your are adding

Please give each trade to the Sports Agent in drop – add order. (For example, “I want to drop 104 and add 111, drop 213 and add 201, etc.”). When done, ask the Sports Agent to read back your trades and to provide a confirmation number.

PleaSe note: MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM YOUR SPORTS AGENT WHEN MAKING PHONE TRADES. YOUR TRADES ARE NOT FINAL UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER.

inteRnet deAdlines & tRAdinGPreseason Internet trading is free until the deadline at Noon eT (9 AM PT) on Wednesday, April 4th. Internet trading for period #2 will begin Friday, April 6th. The weekly Internet trade period is Fridays from 7 PM eT (4 PM PT) until Wednesdays at Noon eT (9 AM PT).

Internet trading is the easiest way to make your trades. Simply go to our website and log-in with your email address and password. After logging in you will land on “My Teams” page, which shows your team name for H2H Baseball. Click on your team name. Now you are ready to trade. Click on either the “Change Lineup” or “use Trade Certificate” tab along the top menu.

MaKe traDeS - The “Change Lineup” tab allows you to purchase and/or use any prepaid trades. The first screen will ask you if you want to purchase trades or use trades that you may have on account. Choose to purchase individual trades, a trade package or select the option to use existing trades and hit submit. You will land on the trading screen. Your current line-up is on the left side of the screen and you will have the option to change all of your players on the right side with the drop-down menus. Make your player selections, check your salary cap and

hit submit. You will see a confirmation screen of your new roster. Make sure this is the roster you desire for the next period and hit fInISh.

uSe traDe certIfIcate - The “use Trade Certificate” will only show on the top menu when you have FTC’s on your team account. The FTC allows you to trade all ten players on your roster at one time. Once you’ve used your FTC, it will be determined to be fully redeemed even if you didn’t change all ten players. The first screen will prompt you to make sure you want to use your FTC. Once you

iMPORtAnt tiPs:• DeaDlIneS - Don’t wait until the last minute to call-in or begin via the Internet your

trades since trading shuts off automatically at the deadline. Internet or phone trades must be completed, not just started before the deadline.

• ftc’s – Consider using your Full-Team Trade Certificate when you need to make a major change to your team – 7 trades or greater. This certificate has a $25 value for 10 trades and is a waste of a great value if you use only for a couple of changes. We also recommend keeping at least one FTC for the playoffs since salaries change and you are likely going to need to make many roster changes at that time.

• eMaIl confIrMatIon – If you have provided to us a vaild email address, all registrations and trades made over the phone or via the Internet are sent to you with the confirmation number. Make sure your email address is up to date so you can get these confirmations. Also, make sure that your email provider doesn't block any email from head2head.com. Add our addresses to your safe email list. Any customer service issue regarding trades requires a confirmation number.

• confirm team – Make sure to get a confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number online or via email, it is likely you did not finish the trade process. Double check your roster to confirm your team. Any issue with trades requires a confirmation number.

• confirm Players – This screen is used so that you can make sure you are about to submit the right line-up. and check for any injury status on you the players on your new roster. If you want to make a change, hit the “BACK” key on the page, not on the browser tool bar.

DON’T STOP HeRe!

You must hit the fInISh button to complete your trades.

2. eligibility. H2H Baseball is open to legal residents of the 50 united States, Washington, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec) 18 years of age or older. However because of state laws, residents of Vermont, Louisiana, Arizona, Iowa and Maryland (collectively “Restricted States”) may enter H2H Baseball only under the Complete Package, Starter Package or Alternative entry Package options and are restricted from entering a High Stakes League. H2H Fantasy Baseball participants must be 18 years of age or older as of April 4, 2012. All employees and immediate family members of Head2Head Sports, their sponsors, advertising, production, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible for prizes. Head2Head Sports reserves the right to disqualify any entry form that is incomplete or incorrect. Limit four entries per household. If more than four entries from the same household, then only the first four entries, as determined by Head2Head Sports will be eligible for prizes.

3. entry Deadline. To begin play with H2H Period #1, entry must be received by Internet or phone no later than Noon eT/9AM PT on April 4, 2012. Mailed entries must be sent to H2H Fantasy Baseball, c/o Head2Head Sports, LLC., 8145 e. evans Road, Suite #3, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 and received no later than at Noon eT/9am PT on April 4, 2012. Head2Head Sports takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or misdirected mail. Mailed entries without sufficient postage are void.

4. rosters. You have been granted an imaginary bank account of $100 Million to buy a roster consisting of one catcher, one first baseman, one second baseman, one third baseman, one shortstop, three outfielders, one flex position and one pitching staff. You may buy a player only for the position designated for him in the Player exchange or by Head2Head Sports. During the H2H regular season, the flex position may use any player position. During the H2H Regular Season, no rosters may ever exceed the $100 Million salary cap. If a pro baseball player is traded from one pro baseball team to another, you will continue to receive points for that player as long as he remains on your roster. You must always have 10 players (positions) on your roster. You may only choose a player or pitching staff once for your roster - no duplicate players are allowed. Teams submitted with incorrect or incomplete rosters will not be accepted or valid.

5. leagues. each entry will be placed into one of six, 5-team divisions within a 30-team league. each league is generally determined in a random manner. Without exception, the same rules and trade deadlines and restrictions bind all teams in a given league. All Complete and Starter Package teams will be placed in a standard league. All High Stakes entries will be placed in a High Stakes League. Head2Head Sports reserves the right to mix High-Stakes ($200.00 entry fee) and Complete Package ($19.95 entry fee) teams to complete a full, 30-team league. In the case of such a mixed league, the league prizes will be awarded to teams based on the respective entry fee detailed in the Prizes paragraph of the official rules and prize page of the website and will not be pro-rated. all league winners will be determined by cumulative points.

6. h2h Point scoring system. each team will be ranked within its division by wins, and within its league and overall by total points. Your team’s total H2H points will be calculated by applying the official H2H scoring system: For batters, 4 H2H points for a home run, 3 H2H points for a triple, 2 H2H points for a double, and 1 H2H point for a single, run scored (R), run batted in (RBI), stolen base (SB), base on balls (BB) a hit batter and a sacrifice. Any batter caught stealing will lose 1 point. For pitching, 5 H2H points for a win, 5 H2H points for zero runs allowed in a game, 4 H2H points for one run allowed, 3 H2H points for two runs allowed, 2 H2H points for three runs allowed, or 1 H2H point for four runs allowed . Zero H2H points are awarded for 5 or more runs allowed in a game. All runs allowed, not just earned runs apply. The pitching staff does not have to win the game to receive points for runs allowed. Pitching staffs will receive 1 H2H point for every strikeout, lose 1 H2H point for every walk and lose 1 point for every hit batter. A pitching staff is also awarded 25 H2H points for a no-hitter, and 40 H2H points for a perfect game. A pitching staff can receive a negative point total for a game. Please reference the scoring page for more details. A pitcher’s hitting statistics do not count.

7. head-2-head (h2h) Period. An H2H Period begins every Wednesday and runs through the immediately following Tuesday. The first of twenty-five H2H Periods begins with the first major league game played on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. The final H2H Period and H2H Regular Season end with the last game played on Tuesday, September 25, 2012. each Period you will be matched against a different team in your league. If your team’s H2H point total for that Period is greater than your opponent’s, then your team posts a win for that H2H Period. Your team posts a loss if your opponent records

more H2H points. all-Star game note: For the period in which the All-Star game is played, your position player selections will accumulate points for any official batting activity that occurs during the game. The All-star game scoring will not include any pitching or win/loss points awards.

8. h2h Playoffs. After the final H2H Period, the two teams from each five-team division from each league with the best win/loss records will automatically qualify for the H2H playoffs. In addition, four teams from each league that did not automatically qualify for the H2H Playoffs will earn “wildcard” playoff berths. These wildcard teams will be the four teams with the greatest cumulative H2H regular season point totals of all non-automatic playoff qualifiers in their respective leagues. In the event there is a tie for the last remaining wildcard berth, all tie participants will qualify for the playoffs. all team win/loss records are erased and all playoff qualifiers start with zero points. All playoff qualifiers will be notified by email and via the website with H2H playoff salaries, trade deadlines, and playoff rules. The H2H Playoffs begin with the first game of the pro divisional playoffs (approx. Tuesday, October 2, 2012) and end upon the completion of the last game of the professional playoffs. There are a total of three (3) trade periods for the Playoffs. cumulative points throughout the h2h Playoffs determine the h2h Playoff winners.

9. Player Salaries. Twice during H2H Fantasy Baseball, player salary changes may occur. The first change, if needed, will be at mid-season and another change, if needed, will occur after the H2H Regular Season. Salary changes at mid-season will be limited to salary decreases only. After the regular season and for use in the H2H Playoffs, all player salaries may be adjusted (increases and decreases). All Playoff qualifiers will be notified of the salary changes by email or the on the Internet web site at the conclusion of the regular season. unlisted players may be added, at the designated unlisted player salary, at any time prior to the season start or during the season based upon participant request and H2H Baseball Commissioner approval. It is the participant’s responsibility to review the Player Selections web pages or Make Trades player list web page for the most recent player list.

10. trades. A trade consists of dropping one player and picking up another at the same position (catcher, first baseman, second baseman, third baseman, shortstop, outfielder or pitching staff). you may trade a position for any other position in your flex position only - no pitching staffs are allowed in the flex position. Players may be traded only if your total team salary after all trades does NOT exceed $100 Million. Regular season trades must be made via Internet, phone or mail (alternative entrants only). If you do not have a credit card to trade via telephone or Internet, you may purchase groups of trades by sending a check or money order to head2head Sports, 8145 e. evans road, Suite #3, Scottsdale, az 85260. trades may be purchased individually for $3 each or in a group of 10 trades for $25, 20 trades for $40 or 50 trades for $90. If you pay by check or money order, you can only make Internet or phone after your payment has been received. there will be a $25 fee for all returned checks. trade package money is good only for the teams assigned under your Member Id#. trades for the h2h Playoffs must be made via Internet or phone.

11. using free trade certificates (complete Package or Season Pass players only). You will receive one (1) Free Trade Certificate (FTC) with each Complete Package or three (3) FTC’s with a Season Pass team entry. With this certificate you will have one phone or online session where you may trade up to all ten of your players at no cost, effective for any H2H Period. Once you have processed your FTC trades by either using the submit button online and receiving a confirmation number or receiving a verbal confirmation number over the phone, your certificate will be designated as fully redeemed. This is a single session trade certificate and any subsequent changes to your team must be made via paid trades or another FTC. These FTC’s may be used during the regular season or during H2H playoffs. We suggest that all players consider keeping the ftc to use during the h2h playoffs when many players no longer are playing and the playoff player salaries may increase. The FTC’s are designated for only the team in which they are purchased and are not transferable to other teams or member accounts.

Promotional Partner free trade certificates (limited to only select markets/sponsors). To make a valid trade, you must complete all the necessary information on the supplied Promotional Free Trade Certificates, especially inclusion of your Team ID# and all Player Id#’s. You must adhere to any free trade rules, restrictions and deadlines printed on the front and back of your Free Trade Certificates. All trades will be effective for the immediately following H2H Period. Trades made for any other H2H Period will not be accepted. Promotional Partner Free trade certificates may be used for the H2H playoffs.

12. trade Deadlines. All trades will become effective with the first pro league game of the next H2H Period only if your trade(s) is made by the appropriate trading deadline immediately preceding that next h2h Period. the specific Internet, phone or free trade deadlines are detailed in your introductory letter and in section 14. trades for the h2h Playoffs must be executed by the applicable playoff trade deadlines to be announced.

13. voided trades. Head2Head Sports reserves the right to void any and all trades without notice or refund. Your trades may be voided if you attempt to trade away players not on your roster, if you go over the salary cap, attempt to trade player(s) of different positions, or exclude your Team ID# or Player ID#’s.

If your trades are voided, your roster will revert to the lineup of the previous H2H Period. Look on your weekly newsletter for confirmation of your trades. Voided Free Trade Certificates will not be replaced nor applied to a future period.

14. Phone and Internet trades. All phone trades are final as of the Tuesday 4 PM Pacific Time/7 PM eastern Time trade deadline. No changes will be made after the trade deadline. After executing trades, it is each team owner’s responsibility to have their trades repeated by the sports agent with a confirmation number. each owner is also responsible for the salary cap restriction. All Internet trades are final as of the Wednesday 9 AM Pacific Time/Noon eastern Time trade deadline. No changes will be made after the trade deadline. After executing trades, it is each team owner’s responsibility complete to the transaction and receive a valid confirmation number.

15. h2h Period tiebreaker. In the event your team’s H2H point total equals that of your opponent, the team with the lower team salary total for that H2H Period will post a win for the week. If the salary totals are the same, the team with the most cumulative points wins. If a tie still exists after applying these tiebreakers, the winner will be determined by the team with the most pitching staff points for that week. If a tie still exists, the team with the most catcher, first baseman, second baseman, third baseman, shortstop, outfielders points and flex position, in that order, will determine the winner. These tiebreakers apply to games, weekly high scores and highest single week score for the season.

16. h2h Division tiebreaker. If two teams have the same win/loss record at the end of the H2H Regular Season, the team that won the H2H match-up will finish with the higher division ranking. If more than two teams have the same win/loss record, then division rank will be determined first by the best head2head record of all tied teams. If the head2head record can’t break the tie we will then break the tie by cumulative H2H Regular Season point totals (highest to lowest is associated to final division rank). If a tie remains in either case, each tied team will share the division rank.

17. h2h regular Season & Single Week high Score tiebreakers. If two or more teams from the same league have the same number of regular points, the team with the greater point total in week 25 will be declared the Regular Season winner. If a tie still exists after applying the first tiebreaker, then the team with the greater point total in week 24, week 23, etc. until a winner is determined. In the event of a tie for the Single Highest Week Score (both the league and all leagues prizes), the first winning tiebreaker will be the lowest team salary cap for the highest week score week. In the event this doesn’t break the tie, the next tiebreaker will be the team with the highest cumulative score for the H2H Regular Season. If a tie still exists after applying both tiebreakers, the prize(s) will be split evenly among the tied teams.

18. h2h Playoffs tiebreaker. If a tie exists after the H2H Playoffs, the team with the greater cumulative H2H Regular Season point total will win the tiebreaker. If a tie still exists after applying the first tiebreaker, the team with the greater point total in the final round of playoffs will be the winner. If a tie still exists after applying these tiebreakers, the respective prize(s) will be split evenly among all tied teams.

19. Prizes. To be eligible for prizes, your account must be in good standing, i.e. no declined credit cards or bounced checks. Prizes will be awarded on a H2H weekly, Division, League, and Playoff basis. H2H weekly prizes are awarded to the top teams from all leagues. H2H weekly prizes will be awarded for 25 periods (weekly 1 through 25) and will go to the team (from any league) that scores the most H2H points in each of these periods. Division winners, as determined by best win/loss record, will be awarded with a division prize(1,000 Fantasy Buck$) and a $5.0 Million increase in salary cap for use in the H2H Playoffs. Division runner-ups will be awarded with a $2.0 Million increase. Playoff League prizes will be awarded to the team from each 30-team league that accumulates the most points during the H2H Playoffs. Regular Season League prizes will be awarded to the team from each 30-team league that accumulates the most points during the H2H Regular Season. For the high stakes leagues, there are designated league prizes for the regular season and the playoffs. Playoff prizes will be awarded to the top 100 teams with the highest H2H Playoff point totals.
