Triple J Marshalls – manages wholesale and retail operations in Ebeye and Majuro. Operates its own two retail grocery stores and distributes to other retailers.

Neco Plaza Corporation – manages and operates wholesale food distribution in partnership with the NECO Group in Palau.

Outback Steakhouse, Guam – Triple J is licensed franchisee of Outback’s Steakhouse on Guam since 1997. The restaurant is a popular dining destination of tourists and island residents.

Tony Roma’s and Capricciosa, Saipan – Triple J owns and operates these two franchised restaurants in Saipan. On Guam, Triple J consults for WDI, the franchisee of Tony Roma’s and Capricciosa on Guam.

Truong’s Vietnamese Restaurant, Guam and Saipan – Triple J provided the funding to the family of its first employee, Hoang Van Truong, to open this restaurant in 2003 on Guam, followed by a Saipan branch in 2004.

Surf Club Restaurant - Saipan's premier restaurant, located on the beach in Chalan Kanoa, with first ever interactive bar and retractable floor to ceiling windows, built in a classic A-frame island stye shape.

Bubba Gump - Saipan marks the 44th restaurant and 16th international location.

Triple J Real Estate – real estate brokerage and consulting firm which develops, constructs and manages Triple J Enterprises own holdings.

Sandy Beach Homes – a 60-unit affordable housing development in Saipan, invested and managed by Triple J Enterprises. Completed in December 2011, this is the first affordableresidential development project for low-income families in Saipan.

2006 2007 2008 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014– Triple J Enterprises opens its brand new corporate headquarters and main auto showroom in Upper Tumon.– The company acquired the area franchise for Hertz-Rent-A-Car in Guam, Saipan and Palau. The car rental business is managed by Triple J Rentals (Guam) Inc. and Triple J Rentals (Micronesia) Inc.– Triple J establishes operations in Shanghai, China to provide product sourcing and purchasing services for growing customer demand in the islands for quality Chinese goods. Direct buying, volume purchases, and critical logistical coordination provide its customers a wide array of select Chinese merchandise at reduced prices. Business continues to grow with multiple container loads of merchandise shipped monthly to Triple J locations in Guam, Saipan, Majuro, Ebeye and Palau.

– Triple J expands its presence into Asia and acquires a 17-room pension lodge/ski resort in Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture, Japan.– The company is appointed exclusive distributor of Solarhart, a world leading brand in solar hot water systems, for Guam, CNMI and Micronesia.

– Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods Saipan relocates to a larger facility in Chalan Kanoa. The new premise offers improved wholesale space and retail opportunities.– Triple J acquires WDI’s interests in the Tony Roma’s and Capricciosa restaurants and becomes the sole owner of the franchise restaurants on Saipan.

– Twelve years after opening in Palau, Triple J’s operations expands and encompasses the entire Neco Plaza complex. The retail store doubles in size, Hertz Car Rental opens, and operations expand into commercial space rental.– Triple J obtains a 55-year lease of the former 22-room Pacific Gardenia Hotel and Beach Bar & Grill from the Commonwealth Development Authority. The acquisition includes the hotel structure and four prime lots between Beach Road and the beach in Chalan Kanoa, Saipan.– In collaboration with Ironwood Housing Partners Saipan, Triple J led in the development of the $27-million, 60-unit Sandy Beach Homes project. The affordable housing development, funded through the U.S. Treasury ‘s Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, is the first of its kind in CNMI. The beachfront residences opened for leasing in 2011.

– Triple J acquires the leasehold interest in the former Silver Resortel in Saipan. The 22-unit hotel is adjacent to the former Pacific Gardenia Hotel, acquired in 2010. Combined, the two former hotel properties set the stage for Triple J’s development of the 46-room Surfrider Resort Spa and Surf Club.

– Triple J Truckload Store opens in Saipan next to Five Star Wholesale. Offering Saipan residents quality appliances, furniture, electronic goods, general household, home and garden items at highly discounted prices, Truckload Store’s successful merchandising business model later expands to operations in Palau, Ebeye and Majuro.

– USCIS approves Marianas EB-5 Regional Center LLC’s application for designation as an EB-5 regional center, the first in the CNMI. A joint venture between Triple J and Washington Pacific Economic Development Group, the regional center offers developers an alternate source of funding for projects in the CNMI and for qualified foreign investors, an opportunity for US permanent residency if minimum investment and jobs creation requirements established by USCIS are met.– Saipan Surfrider Resort Spa and Surf Club breaks ground in Saipan. The new hotel will include 45 rooms, restaurants, spa, and other amenities. Target completion date is mid-2015. When completed, it will be branded a Best Western Premier hotel. – Triple J, in partnership with Pacific Basin Company, opens Pacific Basin Payless in Majuro. The new wholesale, retail, automobile sales and service, and bakery/fast foods operation offers Majuro residents and visitors high quality grocery and automobile goods and services at reasonable prices. The venture follows the expiration of Triple J’s management contract with the former Payless Majuro which opened in 2003.– In November, Triple J Enterprises signs Guam Cancer Care’s Join the Fight pledge, committing the company to the fight against cancer on Guam. Triple J named the nonprofit as the beneficiary of its 8th Annual 5K event, themed “These Colors Run” to signify the different awareness colors and cancers the colors represent. The event raised $30,000 for Guam Cancer Care.

– Triple J becomes the new official vehicle and corporate platinum sponsor of the Guam Football Association. The company was also recognized by the American Cancer Society, Guam chapter for raising over $40,000 for the annual Relay for Life.– The second “These Colors Run” 5K event to benefit Guam Cancer Care took place in November. – The corporation reaches a new milestone with its 30th Anniversary. – Surfrider project begins initial construction phase

2016– First ever Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Opens in Saipan! This marks Bubba Gump’s 44th restaurant and 16th international location!– Surf Club opens – Saipan’s first premium restaurant located right on the beach in Chalan Kanoa. With first ever interactive bar and retractable floor to ceiling windows including outdoor showers and private pala palas to enjoy outside. Surf Club is built in a classic A-frame island style shape.– Saipan Comfort Homes apartment complex opens within 10 months of breaking ground and is now fully occupied. Saipan Comfort Homes is a modern rental complex that raises the bar of Saipan’s real estate options. The apartment complex is brand new with amazing amenities and features located right next to the Northern Marianas College. A ½ mile from the workforce environment of many private and government employees, it’s also close to churches, high schools, a shopping center, grocery stores and a medical clinic. It’s time you upgraded your living space with these wonderful units perfect for entertaining and taking care of every one of you and your family’s needs.– Hertz opens two new locations – at Kensington Hotel and Fiesta Resort.

2017Surfrider Resort Hotel opens phase 1 of 3 – 21 rooms total in phase 1. Phase 2 building underway. Lobby and fitness center will be in phase 3.

1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004– Responding to the growth of the tourism industry, Triple J Enterprises acquired the franchise for Outback Steakhouse in Guam in December 1995 and started its new division, Triple J Restaurant Group Inc. to develop the new restaurant which had its grand opening in early 1997.

– Triple J partners with WDI International to form WDI Saipan Inc. to introduce the Tony Roma’s and Capricciosa restaurant brands to Saipan.

– In January, Tony Roma’s, operated by Triple J’s subsidiary WDI Saipan Inc., held its grand opening at La Fiesta San Roque shopping plaza in Saipan. Two months later in March, Outback Steakhouse Guam held its grand opening in the Pacific Place building in Tumon. – Owing to the success of its grocery wholesale business in Saipan and the Marshall Islands, Triple J decided to enter the Guam wholesale foods distribution market with the opening of Triple J Wholesale Foods Guam. – Triple J Express Tire & Lube added Michelin Tires, one of the leading brands of quality tires, to its offerings.

– Triple J ventures westward to the Republic of Palau where it entered into a joint venture/licensing agreement with Neco Plaza Corp. to manage and operate wholesale food distribution in Palau.– Triple J Enterprises, with $58 million in sales, breaks into the Top 10 rankings at No. 10 in the Deloitte & Touche/Guam Business magazine annual survey of Top 50 companies in Micronesia.

– Triple J Motors assumes the Ford dealership for Guam. In November 1999, Ford Motor Co. named Triple J Enterprises the exclusive dealer in Guam and Micronesia. In December, Triple J Motors took over the distribution and dealership of Mazda from Keico Motors.

– With the addition of Mazda to its distributorship, Triple J Motors secured its position as one of the top auto dealers both in volume and market share in the Micronesia region.

– After acquiring Pacific World Enterprises, one of the largest food wholesalers in the region, Triple J combines Triple J Wholesale Foods Guam and Saipan to create a new entity, Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods Inc. on both islands and Neco Plaza Five Star in Palau. The new company catapulted Triple J into the major league of the wholesale food industry in Guam and Micronesia.

– Triple J Motors acquires the Volvo brand of automobiles and becomes the official dealer on Guam.

– Triple J expands its presence in the Marshall Islands with a management contract to operate a wholesale and retail grocery business in Majuro. The venture includes the JJJ Payless Markets grocery store, a bakery/fast food outlet and an auto retail operation. – Truong’s Restaurant opens in Guam. Named after Triple J’s first employee, the late Hoang Van Truong, the Vietnamese cuisine restaurant is owned and operated by the Truong family with management, support and assistance from Triple J Restaurant Group Inc.

– Triple J and its partner, WDI, open new Tony Roma’s and Capricciosa restaurants in the heart of Saipan’s tourist belt in Garapan. A short walking distance to major hotels, shops, tourist establishments and with its proximity to town, the new location of the two restaurants prove to be a draw for visitors and residents.– Following its success on Guam, Truong’s Vietnamese Restaurant opens in Susupe, Saipan.– Triple J opens a second retail grocery store in the Marshall Islands with JJJ Payless Express Market. – In October, Triple J caps its 20th Anniversary with the groundbreaking of its $12.5 million, 50,000-square foot corporate office and main auto showroom in front of Kmart in Upper Tumon, Guam.

2005– Triple J Enterprises receives the Business Laureate of the Year from the Guam Chamber of Commerce and is inducted into the Guam Business Hall of Fame, the youngest corporation to achieve this honor. – Triple J Auto Distributors is appointed official distributorof Kia Motors for Guam and Micronesia.– In the 2005 Deloitte Touche/Guam Business magazine annual Top Companies in Micronesia survey, Triple J Enterprises ranked No. 4 with sales surpassing $100 million.

1984 1985 1986 1987 1988 1990 1992 1993 1994– Triple J Enterprises was incorporated by Robert H. Jones; wife, Margaret; and sister, Georgia J. Stafford. The fledgling enterprise began business as Triple J Motors, a distributor of Subaru motorcars, Hino heavy trucks and buses, and Bluebird school buses.

– In May 1985, Triple J Enterprises acquired Mighal International Inc., a distribution center and freight forwarding operation in Oakland, California doing business as Triple J Merchant Services. This operation supports shipping of merchandise to Triple J’s island-based companies. In June 1985, Triple J Saipan Inc. was formed to represent the same brands as Triple J Motors Guam.

– Triple J Saipan Inc. was awarded distributorship of Hyundai for the CNMI. In November 1986, Triple J opened its new distributorship facility located between the former Payless Northgate and McDonald’s in Tamuning, Guam.

– Triple J Marshalls Inc. was incorporated in Ebeye in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Operating both as a wholesale food distributor and grocery retailer, the company is still serving the Marshallese communities in Ebeye on Kwajalein Atoll and Majuro today.

– Triple J Wholesale Foods Saipan opened to fulfill a need in the CNMI and Micronesia. The move increased the company’s buying power in the food business. 1988 also saw the beginnings of Triple J’s wholesale food operations sown in Guam.

– Triple J acquired distributor-ship of the Isuzu brand of vehicles for Guam and Saipan which allowed Triple J Motors to compete in the pickup and SUV markets for the first time. This was at a time when the pickup category was over 30% of the overall auto industry.

– Triple J Auto Distributors Inc. was formed in August 1992 with the acquisition of the Suzuki and Mitsubishi distributorships in Guam and Saipan. Triple J Motors Guam and Saipan were appointed the new dealers of these brands in their respective islands. 1992 also saw Triple J Real Estate opened its doors in Guam to further Triple J Enterprises’ property development and land brokerage interests.

– Triple J Enterprises demonstrates its entrepreneurial foresight with the opening of Triple J Express Tire and Lube in July 1994. The new subsidiary focused on the after-market tire and service business as well as the commercial truck and bus tire markets.

– Ground is broken for Kmart Guam in Upper Tumon. Triple J Enterprises had a hand in negotiating for the big box retailer’s entry into Guam and co-location of Triple J Express Tire & Lube Inc. on the 11-acre land area in Upper Tumon. The tire depot gave way to the future Triple J head office and primary showroom in 2004.
