Volviendo A La Adoración Pública: La

Juntos

podemos vencer esta enfermedad.

LLAMADO ANUAL DEL CARDENAL: Quiero

thirty two thousand dollars ($32,000.00). So far the

parish has been able to raise nine thousand dollars

PERSONAL CONFESSIONS: We are letting our

parishioners know that they can schedule for personal

confessions with one of the priests during the week or

on Saturdays. Please come with your mask on and

gloves. We have to maintain social distancing to keep

all of us safe. If they are some of us who are confused

about the whole situation and need someone to listen

to them do hesitate to call on us for prayers and

support. God keep all of us safe.

CONGRATULATIONS: We congratulate all the

RCIA candidates who received their Sacraments of

initiation on Friday. Thank you to Ms. Gina and the

catechists who dedicate their time to teach and

transmit the faith to them. May God bless and

reward you in his own way.

FAITH FORWARD: The staff will have a meeting

tomorrow to start preparing for the partial and

complete reopening of the celebration of the Eucharist

and other celebrations in the Church on Monday, June

8th, 2020. We have a task of putting together a cleaning

and disinfecting crew, ministers of hospitality, choir

modality, altar servers, lectors and extraordinary

ministers of the Eucharist.

GEORGE FLOYD: As a community of faith, Saint

Cecilia and Holy Agony, we renounce any form of

racism and strive to build a culture of respect, radical

commitment to justice for all. In remembrance of our

brothers and sisters who suffer these injustices of

exclusion and oppression we pray the God of Exodus

who commanded pharaoh to “Let my people breath.”

TESTING FOR CORONA: We are working with

SOMOS COMMUNITY to bring comprehensive

testing for corona in our parish, Saint Cecilia and Holy

Agony. We will begin on Monday, June 22nd, 2020 in

our parish hall. Please let people know and do not be

afraid to come out for testing. Together we can defeat

this disease.

Únase a

santo dice: ¡Pero no!

CORPUS CHRISTI: We will celebrate the Most Holy

Body and Blood of Christ on Sunday, June 14th, 2020.

After the last mass we will have exposition of the Blessed

Sacrament, praise and worship songs. We will have a

moment to bring to God our needs and ask for his healing

for those in our community who are still sick, those who fill

helpless and hopeless. It will be a bilingual praise and

worship. Because of the health regulations that are in

place we not have our street procession this year. Please

join us to worship Our Living God in the Most Blessed Sac-

rament this afternoon.

The Most Holy Trinity

A well-choreographed dance can be truly inspirational.

Each movement and step are interconnected, each con-

tributing a piece of the unfolding artistic story. The

beholder is caught up in the rhythms, music, and ges-

tures, realizing that none are dispensable and all are

necessary. The same is true of the Divine Dance of the

Trinity. Each Person plays a part, using unique ges-

tures and movements that are connected to the other

Divine Partners. They tell a story of love. Every move-

ment and step is born of love and flows on into eter-

nity. The Divine Dance never ends.

God the Creator powerfully, yet with gentle love,

leads. Creating and recreating, birthing and sustaining,

He dances with the compassionate incarnate Son,

guided by the breath of the Holy Spirit. They are three

distinct Persons but move as One. On one hand, the

cascading flow of their Presence appears motionless,

yet on the other, flows and moves with effortless atten-

tion. They share one heart, one goal, and one purpose

and invite all of creation to join in their dance, their

joy.

The energy of the Trinity flows through all created

things. It is a dance of the heart, not of the mind. It has

to be experienced, not dissected, and contemplated, not

understood. We stand in awe of the Divine Dance and

find ourselves watching in amazement all that God

creates and sustains. The dance continues in the maj-

esty of a mountain, the power and wonder of an ocean,

and the vastness of the universe. It moves in the cry of

a newborn infant and in the soul of one who has been

forgiven. It flows in the cry for justice and in the

wounds of the oppressed. It circles through the changing

of seasons, the cycles of birth and death, and the wisdom

that one acquires when they love God.
