    5s Methodology at SAI Service

    5s is a method of organizing a work place and maintainingstandards at the work place.

    5s motivates workshop staff, improves safety efficiency and productivity of the workshop.

    5s ensures that only those item's are kept at the workplace whichare required,and these items are place at a proper location in aproper quantity in cleaned condition.

    5s stand's for five Japanese word whose applications has beenproven to be very successful to improve the system in theworkshop the five Japanese word's and their meaning's are:
