BUSINESS CONTRACT FOR CARGO FORWARDING

The following Terms and Conditions wil l be applied the services we are offering you.

a. Scope of Service a. SFF shall book shipment at Airport to Airport/Door to Door.

b. Services wil l be provided from – To the cites as per your instruct ions.

c. SFF provides you 24x7 services.

d. The validity of this quotation cum agreement will be for future all

consignments t i l l any deletion or addition by airl ines or we enter into a new

agreement.

b. Operatione. Transit risk: All goods shall be carried at “Owner’s risk” the consignor or

consignee ENSURE, INSURANCE MUST BE DONE BY THE SHIPPER

BEFORE SENDING GOODS FOR BOOKING FROM THE FACTORY. The

company (SFF) will not be responsible for any kind of losses, damages,

shortages, transit breakdown/theft and due to any other reason.

f. All consignments wil l be carried subject to the terms & conditions In air as

per Airl ines rules and regulations, and In Railway and Surface Transport as

per their rules and regulations.

g. The consignor would provide authentic documents required for smooth

upliftment/forwarding and clearance with shipment.

h. Valuable or DGR items booking on separate AWB & booked as per air l ines or

DGCA rule.

i . Goods to be packed as per IATA packing manual, Soft & Glass items should

be packed in thermocol material with wooden box. To the Garments

Exporter’s It is to advice C/Boxes should be a high quality to carry their

valuable garments by air, Train and Road, in the monsoon season all boxes

should be duly covered by the strong poly sheet. Company (SFF) will not be

responsible for any loss due to rain..

j. If any delay due to weather or some other natural calamities problem as well

as airl ines/railways/transporters technical/unforeseen circumstances should

be excusable.

c. LOSS OR DAMAGESk. Any loss, Missing, damages will be informed immediately response back

within 24hrs.

l. In case of short landing of shipment SFF wil l not be liable for any claim.

m. All the claim for loss, missing, damages or any other problem wil l be settled

as per airl ines/railway/transporter’s norms which wil l be settled after

receiving approval/credit note from Airlines/rai lways and transporter’s.

n. Sai Freight Forwarders will not entertain directly any claim of whatsoever

nature of services offered by airl ines/railways and the transporter’s.

d. Bill ing/Paymentso. Bill ing wil l be raised as per quotation (Rate Quote) annexure 1

p. Weight wil l be charged as per the Airl ines/Railways weight machine or

calculation method L X W X H with their respective mechanism whichever is

higher Volume or Weight wil l be charged on awb and RR copy .

q. Any discrepancy raised in bil l wil l be only entertained within seven days from

the bil l date after receiving bil l.

r. Airl ines charges i.e. Freight, Fuel surcharge, X-ray, TSP, Unitization, De

unit ization, AWB fee, DO charges and handling charges or any other charges

wil l be charged as per quotation.

s. Sign the copy of agreement as a token of your acceptance of all terms and

conditions as mentioned above.

t. Service tax @14% as per govt. rule

u. All Payment made by cheque or DD in favour of M/S SAI FREIGHT

FORWARDERS

v. Payment should be made us within 07 days from the date of booking.

w. For cheque dishonor Rs.1000/= will be charged for per transaction.

e. Restricted itemsx. Any restricted goods by DGCA or as per IATA rule not to be booked in case

by any reason cargo found at the premises of airl ines the consignee or

consignor will be responsible for that.

f. Government Liabili ty & State Taxsy. Octroi, Entry-Tax, N-form, sale Tax, Cst & VAT etc. is applicable. The same

shall be paid by consignee or consignor directly while clearing shipment at

destination or pay us before clearing shipment by DD or CASH.

z. Any changes by air l ines/rai lway/Transporter’s authority will be applicable

with immediate effect without prior intimation to you by our off ice.

aa. All disputes are subject to DELHI JURISDICTION Only.

Please send your conformation immediately by tomorrow morning other wise company

wil l treat it as your acceptance automatical ly with all above terms & condition

mentioned.
