1. The project report on Assets Management Systemat Sahara India Bhawan ,Lucknow deals with the nature and procedure of the disciplinary cases and how it resolves the grievances of the employees through Principle of Natural Justice.

1. This project aims at critical analysis and study of the procedure, which required a lot of effort in collecting the information and data to assimilate it with a view to present it in a clear and readable language.

1. The information generated from this study would provide the information about the various natures of cases and preventive measures regarding the disciplinary proceedings take place in Sahara India Pariwar.

The course of business studies require the student to undergo summer training for six to eight weeks to get the practical knowledge and understand the practical aspects of all the theories read. It provides the linkage between the students and organization in order to develop awareness of organizational approach to problem solving based on understanding of process and mode of operation of the organization. I am grateful to get an opportunity to work with Sahara India Pariwar, Lucknow. The project in this report is an outcome of continual work over a period of Six-Eight Weeks and intellectual support from various sources.
