• Thorny devils have spiky bodies so they will not be eaten. They also have a fake head so birds won't eat it. They can squirt blood from their eyes.

Some plants have adapted to live in harsh environments like the Sahara desert take cacti they are well known for serving in deserts with hardly any water. They have long roots that run underground to collect water.
