DOOR LEAF

Double-sided galvanised steel panels withthermal and acoustic insulation via 40 mm thickpolyurethane foam. Standard panel heights are 500 and610 mm.Stucco embossed finish on the exterior and interior sheets.Reinforcement on the inside panels for a better grip of thecentral and side hinges.Anti-trap system in the joints between the panelsaccording to the European standard EN 12604.High quality EPDM rubber in the upper and lower part to make the panel waterproof andairtight.

INTERIOR FINISH

GALVANISED HINGES AND ACCESSORIESThe intermediate and lateral hinges, the base plate, the upper bridge and the lateral cassettes are galvanised.

SHAFT WITH SPRINGS- Assembled split shaft:

The torsion springs are already fitted to the spring breaker and pre-assembled in the shaft, together with the drum.The shaft comes in two parts to allow for better handling. You can adjust the small imbalances when assembling the door with an adjustable connection in the centre.

- Springs:The springs are POWDER COATED to eliminate surface imperfections and extend the lifespan of the spring by up to 40%. After this treatment, the springs are painted blue, RAL 5014.

SELF-CENTERING HINGESThe panel comes with drilled holes at the height of the hinges for quick and easy fitting. Fast installation and noise-free operation.

Ordered height.DI: Space above the masonry shaft.EL: Minimum lateral space. 100 mm when installing between walls. 80 mm when installing behind the masonry shaft. A larger space will be required where the shaft is located.PR: Depth to house the door.

LATERAL SPACE FOR THE TRACKS EL: The minimum space required for installation is 80 mm (K). If assembled between walls, a minimum width of 100 mm (L) is recommended.

SAFETY, DURABILITY AND COMFORT OF THE PANELS

Panels formed by double galvanised steel-sheets separated by an isolation of polyurethane foam.Rigid polyurethane foam isolating core without CFC and an average density of 40 kg/m3. EPDM sealing joint for watertight and airtight joints betweenpanels.

Polyester-paint coat finished inside. Outside finish:- Polyester paint coat- Polyolefin coat / rotogravured printed semi rigid vinyl chloride for wood finish look.

SAFETYAnti-finger trapping joints between panels.

DURABILITYGalvanised steel sheets and highly resistant outdoor finish.

COMFORTHighly efficient temperature and noise insulation thanks to itspolyurethane core and the seals between panels (A).

ROUND SEALSRubber seals on side frames (B).High quality EPDM rubber joints at the lower side (C).Rubber seal on the aluminium top profile (D).All these seals, together with the seals between panels, provide a high level of weather, thermal and acoustic insulation.

PANEL WARRANTY

The insulating panel supplied by Metálicas Maguisa SL provides durability for insulating panels used in the application of sectional doors for domestic use, from the date of manufacture to:

• Up to 3 years for pre-lacquered polyester panels with an external polyester coating on zinc plated steel.• Up to 5 years for pre-lacquered polyester panels on an aluminium base with an external polyester coating on aluminium.• Up to 10 years on wood imitation panels with an external super-polyester coating on zinc protected high quality steel.

It is guaranteed that perforation of the steel or aluminium layer below the surface caused by corrosion or surfaces freely exposed to the elements will not be sustained (on the outer surface of the panel) and a loss of paint adhesion will not occur.

The warranty that is referred to in this document is with regard to the value of the panels and that they may appear to be faulty in accordance with this warranty, excluding any other concept or amount.

The conditions of this warranty are subject to what is stipulated by the sheet suppliers. Furthermore, the following conditions of this warranty are stated below:

1.- Corrosion, discolouration and other effects due to the elements or conditions within the building, from abnormal contamination or from contact with chemical substances or aggressive fumes are all excluded.2.- The surfaces of the panel are to be freely exposed to the cleaning action of the rain and/or are to remain free from built-up dirt and debris by cleaning and maintaining the surface.3.- The panels have been used to create the sectional door, stored, installed and fixed without having sustained any type of damage of a mechanical nature such as scratches, tears or any surface abrasion.4.- The panels which are installed within the sectional door are not to be placed facing the sea or at a distance less than 3km from the coastLiability is ruled out, whatever the nature, regarding claims for damage or loss that are

the result of:a) The incorrect or inappropriate installation, use or adjustment or care, as well as

negligent or deliberate destructionb) Incidental damage or wear and tear because of the normal use of the product or

its components, making special mention to the normal discolouration of the paint or design, as well as losing shine, especially in light colours.

c) Application of primer, paint or other treatments to protect the surface of the panelsd) External factors such as floods, rain, fire, water, salts, alkaline or acidic solutions and all

other anomalous factors, among others, that may converge.e) Modifications or repairs of the panel or the use of inappropriate pieces. f) Removing the manufacturing data that would prevent its identification.
