2. Click for type-specific example formats

Use Rapid Reports 1. Click on Rapid Reports tab
(bottom right)
2. Select Job Hazard Analysis
3. Set the dates to reflect upcoming federal fiscal year (e.g., 1 Oct to 30 Sept)
4. Click RUN REPORT button
5. Click on Hide tab to minimize Rapid Report interface

2. After reviewing final version of JHA together, employee and supervisor sign and date
3. Give Tina the signed JHA
