As a small to medium supplier of security services, UniTrust will not take short cuts with the quality of service provision or the management support to each

of our contracts in order to cut costs. The Company places a high value on every contract and as a result each client receives the same level of care and attention through a dedicated Contract Manager and Board Director.

UniTrust’s commitment to quality pervades the whole Company. We have secured Approved Contractor status (ACS) from the Security Industry Authority (SIA), which we believe provides a mark of distinction. The ACS takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed, how effectively it services its customers and how well it treats its employees. The National Security Inspectorate inspects our Quality Management System on a twice-yearly basis to the NSI Guarding Gold Scheme standard. We are members of The Security Watchdog and we strongly believe that independent integrity testing on all our sites ensures that we consistently operate to the highest standards.

We have successfully completed and continue to maintain our BS EN ISO 9001 accreditation. We comply with BS 7499 (Code of Practice for Static Guarding and

Mobile Patrol Services) and BS 7858 (Code of Practice for Security Screening of Personnel Employed in a Security Environment).

UniTrust believes that a key differentiator of its service provision is the level of management and supervisory control provided to each assignment. Each client will be assigned a dedicated UniTrust Contract Manager who will offer close liaison and support, allowing the client to manage their core business without distraction. All client accounts are monitored from our 24 hour control centre in North West London. If an emergency or incident occurs our team of Contract Managers and Mobile Inspectors can respond promptly and efficiently at all times.

All employees of UniTrust Protection Services are fully qualified and licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

Consequently you can be confident that our employment practices have been assessed in respect of quality and best practice for areas including employee vetting, training, holiday entitlement, disability discrimination and compliance with prevailing tax, immigration and social security legislation.

Within Corporate Security, UniTrust supplies security services to a variety of clients and types of premises spanning from Headquarter buildings to warehouses to business parks.
