THIS IS A SACRED WRIT OF THE COURT OF THE EKKLESIA FOR THE ECCLESIASTICAL COURT FOR THE KINGDOM OF DAVID; SEALED INTO AND PART OF THE PERMANENT ARCHIVAL RECORD

THEREOF, WITH SPECIFIC NOTICE TO ALL PUBLIC OFFICERS AND AGENTS AND PRIVATE PARTIES

I, His Majesty David Joel, Crown Sovereign of the Kingdom of David, House of Weems, formerly Wemyss,

originally the Ancient House of David, by My Royal and Sovereign Prerogative, do herewith issue this Sacred

Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 and do hereby Decree to all to whom this Sacred Writ is presented to be so informed

that the Living Men and Women and Children listed below are now held within the enclosure of My

Sanctuary under My Protections and Immunities. Those listed below have accepted My Offer of

Sanctuary, Protections, and Immunities pursuant to My Royal Proclamation of Peace and Sovereign Integrity

(hereinafter “Proclamation”), to which this Sacred Writ is appended and made a part thereof by My

reference and inclusion. Each of these have entered into a Contract of High Principle and Sacred Trust

and cannot in any way be forced to comply with orders of an inferior jurisdiction against their Will

pursuant to their Claim of Right to Life and Sovereign Integrity when such orders presume to have

authority over their flesh and blood bodies. Your attention is herewith directed to the accompanying

Individual Mandate of Non-Consent that cannot be breached for as long as such Living Beings are within the

Sanctuary of the Kingdom of David.

Said Living Beings have declared by free will choice and moral conscience that they wish to accept My

Offer of Sanctuary and be so enclosed within the Sovereign Ecclesiastical Body of the Kingdom, within

the Protections and Immunities of The Ecclesiastical Court for the Kingdom of David (hereinafter “Kingdom

Courts”), and inclusive of the Court of the People as the Living Body of the Christos, the Court of the

Ekklesia, all of whom have retained the right of removal pursuant to Our Sacred Writs embodied,

memorialized, and preserved in the Articles of Establishment for the Kingdom Courts, to wit:

FIRST: LET IT BE KNOWN TO ALL, that upon this First Day of this First Month in the Common Era

Year Two Thousand Twenty One, the Living Flesh, Blood, Bones, and DNA, Man of the

Clan/House/Family of Doe known as John Henry, (hereinafter “John Henry”), did accept My Offer of

Sanctuary, Protections, and Immunities pursuant to My Proclamation, and thereby did establish a Binding

Contract, the obligations of which are preserved and protected as a Sacred Trust within the Kingdom

Courts, and He did issue His personal absolute Claim of Life and Right by Declaration of Peace and

Mandate of Non-Consent (hereinafter “Claim of Life”) that has been entered into the Permanent Archival

Records of the Court of the Ekklesia (see reference below); and

SECOND: LET IT BE KNOWN TO ALL, that pursuant to the above referenced absolute Claim of Life

that the living Men, Women, and Children listed below are included in the contractual Protections and

Immunities of the Kingdom of David and are considered as sacred ground that cannot be touched by

presumptions of inferior authority. I have established D’Vida Private Society and D’Vida Private Contract

Association with the founding document being My Proclamation of Peace and Sovereign Integrity. All Members

thereof have accepted My Offer of Sanctuary, Protections and Immunities and have pledged their sacred

honor and their eternal word as bond to protect and preserve the integrity and sanctity of each and every

Living Being therein, including their Lives, Bodies, and their genetic and ancestral lineal estates, and shall

as One, as a body together, known as the Ekklesia, move Heaven and Earth to so protect all Living Beings

within the Sanctity of this Society.

THIRD: LET IT BE KNOWN TO ALL, that any public actors, officers, offices, agents, agencies or

other parties similarly situated, operating within the limited liability of the United States corporation

known as UNITED STATES (inclusive of all orthographic derivatives and variations thereof) or any other

NATIONAL CORPORATE entity, and all corporate sub-divisions thereof, who attempt to breach this

Sacred Trust or to move in any way to prevent this Lawful Sacred Writ from being honored and obeyed,

shall be documented as having breached the public trust and having engaged in the act of willful trespass

by their attempt to entice a living being into involuntary servitude and slavery, and to have committed war

crimes and crimes against the peace and humanity under the Nuremberg Principles that have been binding

on all public actors, officers, agents, offices, and agencies for seven decades, and shall thus be held liable for

all such acts with all rights and remedies reserved for the deliberation and settlement of all injury and harm

caused thereby within the Law Form and Jurisdiction of the Kingdom of David and it’s Ecclesiastical Court,

pursuant to Ecclesiastical and Natural Law and the universal Maxims of Equity.

1 The Writ of Habeas Corpus is one of the Great Sacred Writs adopted from the Common Law and memorialized as part of the Articles of Establishment of the Ecclesiastical Court for the Kingdom of David, which can be reviewed at: www.proclamationofpeace.org/the-ecclesiastical-court

The Sacred Writ of Habeas Corpus shall be reserved for remedy and relief when any Man or Woman is unlawfully detained. It shall also be issued to accompany the Royal Proclamation of Peace and Sovereign Integrity to support the Sovereign Free Will choice of any Man or Woman who accepts the offer of the Proclamation and thereby can utilize the Writ of Habeas Corpus to preserve and protect the integrity of his or her body, and those of his or her family.

The Writ shall be served upon the present custodian or officials directly responsible for the unlawful detainment of a Member, ordering that the prisoner be brought before the Court, together with proof of claimed authority as to why the prisoner should continue to be detained.

A Sacred Writ shall be an Order of last resort against clear contempt for the rule of law, any motion for a Writ of Habeas Corpus must clearly demonstrate unlawful detainment and a clear injury to the law and must be initiated by a minimum of three sworn or affirmed affidavits of active Members of the Society or individuals directly related by friendship or family ties to the individual unlawfully detained, stating with specificity the nature of the harm and the unlawful nature of the detention.
