    SA MAINTENANCE & SERVICES (M) SDN BHD was

    established and incorporated under the Companies Act

    1965 on 20 th December 2005. It has been active in the oil

    and gas industry on 11 th 2007. The company conducts

    business by providing various services to customer thus

    opening job opportunities to young people as well as

    bumiputera society in the oil and gas sector especially in

    Kerteh Industrial Area, Terengganu.

    We also offer services especially in Boiler Overhaul

    & Unfired Pressure Vessel, Civil Engineering and

    Construction, Maintenance & Plant Engineering, Piping

    and Fabrication, Machining Works, Cleaning &

    Treatment Services, Manpower Supply and Trading.

    Our growth plan is to constantly strive towards

    excellent performance, full fill the demand of various

    industries by setting higher operation benchmark and

    stringent quality control measures to maintain a high level

    of professionalism and take a dynamic, progressive and

    innovative approach towards our business.

    of maintenance services to provide customers with high quality and value-added products. We

    also committed to meet customer quality requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    The slogan for quality policy is to use source in high quality maintenance services for efficient

    distribution to local and foreign customers consistently, fulfilling all the standard specifications

    and requirements throUGh at the time of delivery and provision of technical quality and after-

    sales service by competent technical expert team.

    Quality Policy has been developed to operate and maintain SAMASE operations in producing

    quality workforce throUGh planning and organization of manpower and equipment to achieve

    SAMASE quality objectives.

    HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

    SA Maintenance & Services (M) Sdn Bhd (SAMASE) are committed to perform all its activities

    including boilers maintenance & overhaul, fabrication works, trading and supply manpower's

    being worked towards great environmental working conditions and finally to achieve ZERO

    accident targets. SAMASE shall endeavour to take every reasonable and practicable step to

    prevent and eliminate the risk of accidents, health hazards, damage to properties and

    environment to pollution.

    In order to achieve these objectives, SAMASE shall ensure that:

     Comply with all applicable legal requirements and others requirement related to health,

    safety and environment aspects, other applicable industry standards and best practices;

     Contingency plans and mitigation measures are in place and maintained to ensure

    effective response to emergencies;

     Necessary resources, organization, system and training are provided;

     Communication exists between employees, contractors, customers, suppliers and public

    with regardS to appropriate matters on health, safety and Environment;

     Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE MS) and practices are

    periodically reviewed to ensure their continual improvement.

    SAMASE expects all its employees, its contractors and those people working on behalf of SAMASE

    to strictly adhere to this policy at all time.

    DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

    SA Maintenance & Services (M) Sdn Bhd (SAMASE) committed to providing a safe working

    environment, free from drUG & alcohol, in accordance with DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY, OSHA Act

    1994 and to foster the well-being and health of its employees, clients, contractors and visitors.

    This company has established the following policy to affirm our commitment to provide and

    maintain safe, productive and drUG free environment.

    This Policy stated that;

     It is violation for any employee to possess, distribute or sell drUG in the work place in

    accordance with the Dangerous DrUG Act 1952 and OSHA Act 1994.

     It is violation for any employee to report for work duty under the influence of drUG and

    alcohol.

     It is company’s responsibility to plan and implement suitable preventive programmed

    for employees and their families.

     It is the company’s resolve to provide referral service to assist employee with a drUG and

    alcohol problem.

     It is company’s prerogative to submit employee either prior employment or at the work

    place, to a test drUG abuse, on or off the company’ premises.

     It is the company’s commitment to provide the resources necessary to achieve and

    maintain a drUG-free environment.

     Employee found guilty of violating this policy, or guilty under the prevailing laws of the

    country shall result in severe disciplinary action including immediate, at the company’s

    discretion.
