August 2017 Smart Businesses Recycle Food DROP The Smart Business Recycling Program is a County sponsored program for Los Angeles County Unincorporated Area businesses, multi-family properties, and schools that are interested in increasing their recycling efforts. The program provides free on-site waste consultations, as well as the technical tools and assistance needed to help customers manage their wastes. We offer a FREE one cubic yard recycling bin/ capacity or two 96 gallon recycling carts. Need recycling containers bigger than one cubic yard? We will provide them to you at no more than half the cost of the same- sized trash container! Nueva Ley de ReciclajeA partir de Enero 2017, la ley estatal obligatoria de reciclaje de residuos orgánicos, AB 1826, requiere que los negocios que generan 4 yardas cúbicas de desechos orgánicos (comida y desechos verdes) a organizar el servicio de reciclaje de residuos orgánicos. Por favor vea la siguiente tabla:
