Anyone or their organisation may make a further submission on any original submissions to the Proposed Tauranga City Plan provided they are:
Representing a relevant aspect of the public interest; or•
Have an interest in the Proposed Tauranga City Plan greater • than the interest that the general public has; and
Making further submissions in relation to the addendum • to the summary of submissions.
Further submissions on the addendum to the summary of submissions, must be lodged no later than 4.00pm Friday, 23 April 2010 addressed to:

Copies of further submissions must also be sent to the person who made the original submission within 5 working days after the further submission has been lodged with the Council.
