We seek heroes because we are in crisis.

We seek heroes because we yearn for references.

We seek heroes because we conquer things, but we still empty.

We seek heroes because we want something more with our life.

We seek heroes because we’re destroying ourselves.Examples: marriages, families, nations, societies, planet

We seek heroes because we need to be saved.

INTRODUCTION

An existential matter lead us up to:

1. Search for identity

“What I am is more important than what I do.”

2. Search for power

“How what I can do defines what I am?”

3. Search for purpose

“How what I am defines what I do?”

Introduction

“Where does it come from? This quest... this need

to solve life's mysteries for the simplest of questions

can never be answered. Why are we here?

What is the soul? Why do we dream?

Perhaps we would be better off not looking at all.

Not delving, not yearning. That's not human nature,

not the human heart. That is not why we are here.”

There is a existential matter in us


Conclusion

“This quest... this need to solve life's mysteries.

In the end what does it matter when the

human heart can only find meaning in the

smallest of moments? They're here... among us...

in the shadows, in the light, everywhere.

Do they even know yet?”

There is a longing in us for answers that

we try to respond through science and faith.
