Within the short period of time that I have known Stephen, he has shown great enthusiasm. His
personal work ethics and organizational skills are naturally a part of his personality. His personal
attitude towards safety standards of equipment and personnel are an asset for any company wishing to
employ Stephen. He has shown great mentoring skills, encouraging other crew members to achieve
and work towards personal goals. I would definitely recommend Stephen for a position within you
organization.
Unfortunately it has not been possible to for us to continue with Stephen’s employment at this present
time due to the downturn of our industry.

To whom it may concern,
I worked with Stephen on a 7th generation Amphion drilling jack-up.
Stephen works hard and put a lot of time and effort in making himself better wanting to watch and learn. I worked with him on night shift, One day the day- shift needed some assistance fixing a crane problem. This was a 3 hour job. Stephen volunteered to assist on this job. We needed to climb to the boom tip with harnesses on. He did great.
Stephen is one of the guys who always makes sure that everyone does a safe job. He was one of the guys who filled in the most Hero cards, and for what i read, those cards were often written about other colleagues doing good jobs.
At night we had 3 cranes and often one crane op short. Stephen filled in those gaps.., I can remember that he did over 90 lifts in 2 days all faultless and over the side under supervision. He performed all those lifts with confidence.
Funny was that some colleagues who did not knew Stephen being a rousty thought of him if he was a deck foreman. Even the new barge engineer started to explain to Stephen the work in toolbox meetings.
I send Stephens email address to my list of recruiters. Good workers never be out of a job i say.
Stephen has a lot of knowledge, good communication skills and is very focused on his job.
I would definitely recommend Stephen. I think it’s a recruiters loss to not put him forward to their client for a job.
