• Adaptive to Patient Adherence As patients take their medication and log it in the app, the frequency of reminders will decrease. I.e., reminders will not be sent as frequently when patient is adherent to medications and is entering usage in app. Thus creating an unobtrusive experience.

• Location and Time based TriggersPatients receive a notification when it is time to take or refill their medication. Notifications are also sent whenever patients are at their pharmacy location. This way they will be reminded to pick up their Rx before leaving your pharmacy.

• Integrated Medication SynchronizationIf patient forgets to take medication, or misses refill date, platform will automatically adjust the date for the next refill based on their usage data, and will synchronize with other medication refill dates.
