All prices stated in this brochure are in AUD and based on tariffsand exchange rates as at 15 July 2015. Prices are subject tochange without notice in the event of fluctuations in exchangerates or increases in airfares or supplier costs outside the controlof Beyond Travel. However, no surcharges will apply once finalpayment has been received.

Most overseas products featured in this brochure are exemptfrom a Goods and Services Tax. However, due to legislation, GSTis applicable on all domestic services provided, such ascancellations, amendments, visa processing etc.

The following non-refundable deposits will be required within 7days upon receipt of a confirmation invoice:

Final payment is due 90 days before the commencement of thefirst travel service for Rail Journeys and Cruise-Tours. For all othertours and services, final payment is required 60 days before thecommencement of your travel arrangements.

Payments may be made by cheque, direct deposit or credit card:Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A merchant fee of 1.5%for Visa and MasterCard and 3% for American Express applies.

CANCELLATIONIn the event that you may need to cancel your tour 90 days(Cruise-Tours and Rail Journeys) or 60 days (all other tours) priorto commencement of services, your deposit will be forfeited.Therefore, we recommend that you purchase comprehensivetravel insurance which covers cancellation due to unforeseencircumstances or those beyond your control. Please request fullcancellation conditions at time of booking.

Beyond Travel and its principles reserve the right to cancel anytour up to 4 weeks before departure. Should it be necessary tocancel a tour, alternative arrangements will be recommended,however if a suitable substitution is not found, a full refund willbe offered. In the unlikely event that a »Guaranteed Departures«tour must be cancelled for reasons beyond the operator's control,every passenger will receive a credit of $200 if they transfer toanother »Guaranteed Departures« tour.
