JETSTREAM AUTOMATED TEAT SPRAYING SYSTEMThe Jetstream Automated Teat Spraying System is designed to be operated by the dairy shed’s vacuum system. The spray unit consists of a variable output diaphragm pump connected to multiple spray guns to administer the teat treatment onto the cow’s udder. Installation is simple and takes approximately 2 hours.

REV-WASHA lo-foam heavy duty liquid alkaline detergent ideally suited for automatic washing systems or reverse flow plants. It can be used with the hardest of water without changing the amounts used.

KLENZ-IN-ONEA combined low foam detergent and sanitiser for one step cleaning and disinfection of stainless steel milk contact surfaces. It has been designed to be used in the temperature range 15-720C, thus saving hot water and possible damage to the vat. REDENE READY-TO-USE Australia’s first Ready-To-Use teat dip and spray. Guaranteed 0.5% iodine at teat end as recommended by Countdown Downunder to give consistent performance of your mastitis control program. No mixing or dilution is required, which eliminates wastage and saves time. Redene Ready-To-Use is pH balanced with elevated free Iodine levels and contains a total complexed emollient system with 10% glycerol for optimum teat condition.

REDENEThe original Redene teat spray started teat disinfection in the 1960’s and is now available with glycerine. Consists of 2% available iodine which provides fast kill of mastitis bacteria and a broad spectrum of germ kill. Each 20 litre drum provides up to 200 litres of available solution.

ACID-FLO Acid-Flo is a low foaming liquid acid detergent for milkstone control and removal. It acts as a water descaler and is phosphate free. Designed for removal of mineral soils, it is ideal for use in hard water conditions. Recommended for use in cleaning dairy farm milking plants, vats and CIP systems.

ACID-KLENZA lo-foam liquid phosphoric acid detergent for milkstone removal which can be used at a low dose rate. Especially suited to automatic washing units or reverse flow plants where liquids are a must. It is easily dissolved and quick to dispense. Contains sanitiser.

CITRA-KLENZA lo-foam, sulphamic acid powder detergent ideally suited for the removal of milkstone. It dissolves readily and is pink in colour to distinguish it from alkali detergents. It is made to cope with all water conditions in Australia with a dose rate of 15gms per 10lts.

MULTI-TEMPCombined acid dairy detergents and sanitiser. Powerful blend of 3 acids and a sanitiser. Designed to control milkstone and kill thermoduric bacteria. ELIMINATEA cold water sanitiser and acid detergent which is equally biocidal in waters of all degrees of hardness. Eliminate contains no iodine, chlorine or quaternary compounds (QUATS). It is suitable for re-use in acid sanitising systems and works in both hot and cold water.
