    condensed milk.

    Chopped tomatoes seasoned with spring

    onion, cumin, cayenne pepper, allspice,

    topped with egg and baked in the oven.

    Served with farmhouse bread.

    Official Trini street food. Chickpea curry

    served on two golden flatbreads topped

    with succulent spicy cucumber and

    coriander salsa.

    Thick slice of fresh watermelon served with

    passion fruit, pomegranate and shaddock

    (large semi-sweet citrus fruit).
