Provisioning of all costs associated with International Assignment Team. Process Re-engineering - Work with Business on gaps between the global services operations and regional requirements, and support implementation of solutions to address those gaps. Management Reporting - Detailed reporting on Operations status across all programs, vendors and processes, indicating status of deliverables, timelines and required escalations. Manage local vendor relationships Co-ordinate with all third-party Vendors Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key HR/business contacts/External vendors/IA team. Co-ordinate internal transfer requirements for international assignments, e.g. payroll, pension, benefits, etc between IAS, home country and India local HR team Content & Communication Management - Primary communication contact with all vendors for the region Assist in Finalizing Lease and FRRO Registration.
