RSM Office Fit-out Levels 31, 32 and 33 Exchange Tower, 2 The Esplanade Project Summary In a move to reposition themselves as one of the top ten global accounting and audit networks, RSM relocated from their Perth home of over 20 years, to a stunning new location at Exchange Tower - a building which they now also have naming rights to. Split over three floors, MKDCs simple yet open-ended design brief - Contemporary, Durable and Functional - sought to create a client and staff work space which facilitated all elements of their business function, and encourage collaboration between departments. High-end client facing areas on Level 32 included flexible board and meeting rooms, which open in to a stunning entertainment area. A high degree of coordination in the pre-construction phase saw that the many high-end long lead time items did not hinder the strict 16-week programme.
