LAW FOR THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF BIOENERGETICS
PART ICHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1 .- This Law regulates in Articles 25 and 27 sectionXX of the Constitution ofthe United Mexican States, is generallyobserved throughout Mexico and is aimed at the promotionand development of Bioenergy to to contribute to energydiversificationand sustainable development and conditions toensure support for the Mexican countryside and provides the basis for:
I. Promote Biofuels production inputs, from farming, forestry,algae, biotech andenzymatic processes in the Mexicancountryside, without jeopardizing food securityand sovereignty of the country in accordance with the provisionsof Article 178 and 179 Law for Sustainable Rural Development.
