On behalf of the enclosedadult citizensof RapidesParish,Stateof Louisiana,and myself,pleaseaccept his asa formal complaintof the clear and admittedviolation of the OpenMeeiingsLaw, by theAlexandriaCity Council,on June 12,2007.To support he allegations f thiscomplaint,please ind enclosedhe following:l). The agenda f the June12, 2007,SpecialMeetingof the AlexandriaCity Council;2.) Letter from EverettHobbs to Mayor JacquesRoy, datedJune 15, 2007 stating"It was the decisionof the majority of the Council";3). A copyof anarticleentitled Roy calls for probeof City Council meeting"',whichappearedn the June20,2007,editionof the AlexandriaTown Talk; and,4). A DVD copyof the June19,2007,meetingof the EconomicDevelopmentCommitteeof the Alexandria City Council.
