CMA Reports Personalised Property Reports CMA Reports in RP Data Professional are easy to use and fast to generate, and you also have the ability to apply personalisation and custom branding.

Getting StartedYou must have an exact property address to produce a CMA report.

Property Activities Panel

► Launch the CMA builder from the Build a Professional CMA Report panel (1) OR the Property Activities panel (2) on your homepage

Property Tasks Panel

► Create a CMA for a specific property from the Property Task panel inside a Property Detail page

Refine Your Results Use the Refine Search panel in each step to reduce the list of comparable properties to exactly match your criteria.

Click on NEXT STEP to progress through each section of your CMA Report.

Select Sold Properties

► Comparable recent sales show what similar properties have recently sold for

Select On the Market

► Similar properties currently listed for sale help manage price expectations

► Get an indication of time on market and vendor discounting trends of comparableproperties in the area

Previewing and Editing Your CMA Report Every section of your CMA Report can be edited while you are in Preview mode. This gives you the opportunity to decide what information you want to include in your end report and what information you wish to remove. You can also save your edits as a template so your changes flow through to future reports.

Edit a Section

► Click the Edit Panel button that appears near the top right of each section

Hide, Show & Move Report Sections

► Click on the Show/Hide button on the left contents panel to add/remove a section fromyour end report (1)

► Click into the grey section of a content item and drag and drop it where you want itpositioned in your end report (2)

Add Your Own Commentary

► Add your personal details and sales successes to boost your credibility and profile via the “Your Professional Agent” section

► Show your customers that you are the local area expert by including your owncommentary via the “Market Trends” section

Generate Your CMA When you are happy with your report and the personalisation you have applied, click the Generate PDF or Generate DOC button.
