Life Style : Live Without Stress Humans are born into this world everyday. Every second a new life comes into existence. But in this latter day of the law, everyone seems to be unhap- py. Stress is killing us from inside. We handle pressures from everywhere, work, study, business, job and even soci- ety. Its really difficult sometimes to handle everything single handedly. Every situation demands the best from you. I am not an exception. Sometimes i get irritated on myself for not getting posi- tiveresults in spite of all my efforts. I have positive attitude towards life but whenever cir- cumstances change , I start feel- ing low from inside. I can't work under pressure. I am like an eagle who can soar high into the sky but when you try to keep this bird in cage, its life span becomes short. Likewise I can give my best whenver I work freely. Stress occurs with pres- sure. I think everyone shall agree with me on this point. Stress kills the originality of a person. Team work and good environment are really impor- tant for any person who has set up a big goal to achieve some target. A flower can not bloom in harsh sunlight only, it needs water and fertilizers too. Radha is working in an office. Her boss wants 100 per- cent results. But Radha is a mother too. She works active- ly whole day but she loses her focus in evenings. She knows that her child may be waiting for her. Her stress level increas- es with running hours. It's good to demand 100 result in any work but her boss should not forget that she is a human being and she needs rest to work hard again in the morn- ing. No one can give you bet- ter result under adverse situa- tions. If your child is crying or old parents need your presence at home and you are asked to satisfy other person's need, your performance will go down. Stress has diffrent reasons but we can control this by doing simple efforts. Try not to change others, rather we should try to change our attitude towards life. Stop complaining about your prob- lems. Try to explain your prob- lem to the other person with whom you are having particu- lar problem politely. Be truth- ful so that you can't be proved wrong at the time of judgement. Study hard and focus on your goal if you are a student. Never go for that work which doesnot suit your personality. Choose subject of your inter- est. Society pressure is a big problem which most people face these days. I want to say one thing that we are part of society. Its good to be a social person but don't let anyone kill your dreams. Society is not built in a single day and you can't change society in one day. If most of people disagree with you on some issue, don't argue with them. Prove your point with hard work. Stress vanishes when you take right direction in right time. Hope, courage and wisdom can win anything. Be a winner in life and live with- out stress. You are born to give something to the world, don't let others snatch away the best gift of God, ie, LIFE. Live and prove your existence happily. After all no human is born with- out suffering and it is our duty to change our circumstances.
