Life Style : Live Without StressHumans are born into this worldeveryday. Every second a newlife comes into existence. Butin this latter day of the law, everyone seems to be unhap-py. Stress is killing us frominside. We handle pressuresfrom everywhere, work, study, business, job and even soci-ety. Its really difficult sometimesto handle everything singlehandedly. Every situationdemands the best from you.
I am not an exception.Sometimes i get irritated onmyself for not getting posi-tiveresults in spite of all myefforts. I have positive attitude
towards life but whenever cir-cumstances change , I start feel-ing low from inside. I can't workunder pressure. I am like aneagle who can soar high intothe sky but when you try to keepthis bird in cage, its life spanbecomes short. Likewise I cangive my best whenver I workfreely.
Stress occurs with pres-sure. I think everyone shallagree with me on this point.
Stress kills the originality ofa person. Team work and goodenvironment are really impor-tant for any person who has setup a big goal to achieve some
target.A flower can not bloom in
harsh sunlight only, it needswater and fertilizers too.
Radha is working in anoffice. Her boss wants 100 per-cent results. But Radha is amother too. She works active-ly whole day but she loses herfocus in evenings. She knowsthat her child may be waitingfor her. Her stress level increas-es with running hours. It's goodto demand 100 result in anywork but her boss should notforget that she is a humanbeing and she needs rest towork hard again in the morn-
ing. No one can give you bet-ter result under adverse situa-tions. If your child is crying orold parents need your presenceat home and you are asked tosatisfy other person's need, your performance will go down.
Stress has diffrent reasonsbut we can control this by doingsimple efforts.
Try not to change others, rather we should try to changeour attitude towards life. Stopcomplaining about your prob-lems. Try to explain your prob-lem to the other person with
whom you are having particu-lar problem politely. Be truth-ful so that you can't be provedwrong at the time of judgement.
Study hard and focus onyour goal if you are a student.Never go for that work whichdoesnot suit your personality.Choose subject of your inter-est. Society pressure is a bigproblem which most peopleface these days. I want to sayone thing that we are part ofsociety. Its good to be a socialperson but don't let anyone killyour dreams. Society is not builtin a single day and you can't
change society in one day. Ifmost of people disagree withyou on some issue, don't arguewith them. Prove your point withhard work. Stress vanisheswhen you take right directionin right time. Hope, courageand wisdom can win anything.Be a winner in life and live with-out stress. You are born to givesomething to the world, don'tlet others snatch away the bestgift of God, ie, LIFE. Live andprove your existence happily. After all no human is born with-out suffering and it is our dutyto change our circumstances.
