The agencies under the Royal Police could not link the clue information about the problems of children and young people who disappeared from the home of each unit.

The operation could not forward information and the operation is in a manner of different units

Methodology

Phase I

Arranging a brainstorming meeting with legal experts, police investigators from different

police stations and officers from the Mirror Foundation who have expertise in kidnapping and

missing persons investigation. Improving regulation and law of missing

persons
