In the photo, we can see one of the robots of the people from NASA. They send these machines to planets, like Mars, to explore and learn about our Universe.
It is big and strange. It was launched on 6th November, 2011 and arrived on Mars on 6th August, 2012. It has got six wheels, one arm and two cameras, one on the arm and other above the big motor. It sends to the Earth photos and pieces of rocks. With this, we can know the composition of the planets. It is interesting that NASA sends robots to planets because we know more information about the Universe.
In the photo we can see the surface of Mars and in the distance we can see the sun. It has craters and it is red.
