Program OverviewThe IT Roundtable is made possible through a partnership between the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and IT Ally, a Cincinnati based IT Management Advisory firm. This program empowers leaders to think about how to leverage technology to create business value within their organization.

Roundtable participants collaborate in a safe and confidential forum where ideas can be freely expressed and respectfully challenged. Both private and nonprofit technology leaders share their unique challenges and opportunitiesin managing technology complexity.

Program Benefits• Connect with peers to exchange, create, and promote more ideas to manage technology.• Discuss strategic technology topics and emerging trends, issues and challenges with peers.• Develop best practices and insights into emerging technology issues and trends.

Meeting FormatThe IT Roundtable meets six times per year (every other month) typically at the offices of a group participant. Themeeting lasts approximately three hours and include a technology spotlight (chance to learn from one of the group members), topic highlights (learn from guest speakers), facility tour, and group discussion.

IT Roundtable receptions are also offered periodically, allowing current and prospective participants of the IT Roundtables to expand their networks.

RequirementsParticipants must have primary decision making responsibility for their organizations technology function, including oversight of strategic IT management, financial budgets, infrastructure and operations, security, application development, project management as examples.

Application & Group Placement Process• Visit cincinnatichamber.com/roundtables to complete an application. • Approved applicants will be placed in a group, considering factors that will create a good fit for both the new participant and the selected group.• Competitors will not be placed in the same group to assure open dialogue.

Program LeadershipMichael C. Fillios serves as the Chair of the IT Roundtable and is also the founder and CEO of IT Ally, LLC. He is a four-time CIO, entrepreneur and senior global business and technology executive with 25 years of experience in transformation, change leadership and operations management in the Pharmaceutical, Industrials, Automotive, Banking and Consulting industries. He was most recently SVP & CIO for the Commercial Bank Fifth Third.
