FEDERAL INCENTIVES - CONSUMER Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Tax Credit $2500-$7500 tax credit for the purchase of qualified plug-in electric vehicle Tax Credit for up to 50% of cost of charging station Fuel Cell Motor Vehicle Tax Credit Up to $4,000 is available for the purchase of qualified light-duty fuel cell vehicles. http://www.afdc.energy.gov/afdc/laws/fed_summaryGACC - 201113 14. FEDERAL INCENTIVES - INDUSTRY Advanced Technology Vehicle (ATV) Manufacturing Incentives direct loans for up to 30% of the cost of re-equipping, expanding, or establishing manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit up to 30% of the cost, not to exceed $30,000, for fueling infrastructure.
