Nestled on a secluded peninsula, Villa 614 is almost surrounded by water. Literally fly fish from the

edge of the property or troll from a boat all year round. The private beach is perfect for safe swimming.

The sheltered aspect of the Lake makes for predominantly calm conditions and annual restocking of

Rainbow trout maintains good numbers for anglers.

Local rocks and native flora and fauna feature prominently in the landscaped grounds and gardens. The

water feature, boathouse and private jetty are all designed to naturally complement the beautiful

landscape. Native stone and natural timber feature inside and out, providing a neutral colour palette

that is restful and in tune with the surrounding area.

Villa 614 is a 657 square metre (7,072 square feet) fully furnished five-bedroom house, which can

accommodate up to 10 guests. All double bedrooms are spacious and have their own modern en suite

bathroom facilities, complete with shower. The master bedroom suite comes complete with a lounge

area, office and private spa. Features include full air conditioning, double-glazed windows and outdoor

illumination and audio systems. The security system includes an electronic gate at the entrance of a

private access road that leads to a double garage.

The villa has its own comprehensively stocked wine cellar, as well as a library and entertainment theatre

featuring large screen projection, DVD, VCR and stereo systems. Computers and printers are

provided, as is a broadband Internet service and STD / IDD telephones. A hot tub, barbeque and

outdoor furniture are also provided.
