This statement is the thirteenth fee statement (the “Fee Statement”) of Rothschild Inc.

(“Rothschild”), financial advisor and investment banker to the above-captioned debtors and

debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”), filed pursuant to the Second Amended Order

Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 331 Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and

Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals (Docket No. 1656) (the “Interim Compensation

Order”). Rothschild requests: (a) payment of compensation in the amount of $160,000.00 (80%

of $200,000.00 of fees on account of reasonable and necessary professional services rendered to

the Debtors by Rothschild); and (b) reimbursement of actual and necessary costs and expenses in

the amount of $45,676.62 incurred by Rothschild during the period December 1, 2012 through

and including December 31, 2012 (the “Fee Period”). Rothschild has applied a portion of its

outstanding retainer of $317,270.57 against the $200,000.00 of fees and $45,676.62 of expenses

requested herein. After such application, the amount of Rothschild’s outstanding and unapplied

retainer shall equal $71,593.95. Attached as Exhibit A hereto is the detailed itemization and

description of the services that Rothschild rendered during the Fee Period.

Further, Exhibit A: (a) identifies the individuals that rendered services in each subject

matter; (b) describes each activity or service that each individual performed; (c) states the

number of hours (in increments of one-half of an hour) spent by each individual providing the

services; and (d) provides a summary of expenses by type, as well as a detailed itemization and

description of actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred by Rothschild during the Fee

Period, including an invoice for the fees, disbursements and other charges of Rothschild counsel.

Further, the table below displays a summary of hours spent by each professional on each

project matter during the Fee Period.
