Key issues facing the club:Forecasting $15k less in revenue this yearRetention of members is off.
181 members: 6/30/2009166 members: 6/30/2010
Not attracting new members/keeping new members like we should be.
Club is aging.Participation is off.
What does less money and fewer members mean?
Are we better equipped to serve with fewer people? Are we better equipped to give with less financial
resources? Is fellowship better with fewer people and less
diversity? Is our ability to network hamstrung with fewer people?Does the pride we have in our club suffer?Does more responsibility fall to a smaller number of
people?
Perception problems.
