My Personal System: I feel GREAT physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually To serve more people we must build and decrease :I eat well, get plenty of exercise including strength and cardio training and get plenty of rest/sleep, I take long enough lunch breaks to recharge, I have a happy home life, I easily stay mentally present, I rarely worry, I am happy with my emotional state, I am extremely happy, joyous and have plenty of love and gratitude in my life, I am happy with my spiritual life/fulfilling purpose in life. I am excited to get out of bed every morning to fulfill my mission, I schedule in enough fun, alone time, etc., I make sure my needs are being met in my life so I have something to give at my office, I take at least vacation per year.

We realize if anyone on our team is stressed we cannot sustain growth. We know exactly what we need to work on to get us to the next level and we are 100% committed to the success of our office and goals. We continually make space, fill it, reorganize and repeat.

6. Financial Systems:My head is in the right place about . I value my services, my time, talent, energy and resources. I have patient friendly financial plans. I am confident my fees are competitive for my area and I feel my care is worth my fees. I am not insurance . If I do utilize insurance I am within the scope of the law and am safe for when I am audited. We get our billing, collections, report writing etc. done on time. I monitor my aging report and collect the amount of money I know I should be collecting.

7. Road blocks and infrastructure Systems I have enough , equipment, doctor availability, practice systems and organization and staff to get to the next level and reach my goals. My appointment book is mocked up for at least 1 year in advance with spots for special appointments and regular visits etc. We effectively so I can stay in the zone, not be stressed, run late or be bored. I almost always run on time. I utilize my staff to their optimum. I am happy with my work hours. I am extremely happy with my technique and my results.

Again, we can spend days on this one subject but if you do not take really great care of yourself you will not be able to sustain growth, it is as simple as that.

c. Regular Daily Visits. I can easily as many people as I choose to. I give them the care they and spend the exact right amount of time with them vs. spending the time I think they want. I know exactly how to quickly and effectively keep the communication going so they learn a little bit more each and every visit and they stay excited and motivated to

d. Re-evaluations Re-reports. I do re evals and re reports with all of my patients. These are insightful and useful meetings where we clarify how they are progressing with their health and their life! We do not just talk about but we are clear about how their is affecting their progress and are clear about how their entire life is changing because of their care. We are clear where they think they are on the -10 to +10 scale, where they want to get to and what they believe they will need to do to reach their new health goals. I get and opportunities for talks and screenings from these meetings.

6. Financial Systems:My head is in the right place about . I value my services, my time, talent, energy and resources. I have patient friendly financial plans. I am confident my fees are competitive for my area and I feel my care is worth my fees. I am not insurance . If I do utilize insurance I am within the scope of the law and am safe for when I am audited. We get our billing, collections, report writing etc. done on time. I monitor my aging report and collect the amount of money I know I should be collecting.

7. Road blocks and infrastructure Systems I have enough , equipment, doctor availability, practice systems and organization and staff to get to the next level and reach my goals. My appointment book is mocked up for at least 1 year in advance with spots for special appointments and regular visits etc. We effectively so I can stay in the zone, not be stressed, run late or be bored. I almost always run on time. I utilize my staff to their optimum. I am happy with my work hours. I am extremely happy with my technique and my results.

My Personal System: I feel GREAT physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually To serve more people we must build and decrease :I eat well, get plenty of exercise including strength and cardio training and get plenty of rest/sleep, I take long enough lunch breaks to recharge, I have a happy home life, I easily stay mentally present, I rarely worry, I am happy with my emotional state, I am extremely happy, joyous and have plenty of love and gratitude in my life, I am happy with my spiritual life/fulfilling purpose in life. I am excited to get out of bed every morning to fulfill my mission, I schedule in enough fun, alone time, etc., I make sure my needs are being met in my life so I have something to give at my office, I take at least vacation per year.

My patients gladly refer and I have as many new patients as I desire. I realize that all new patients come from ! They come from us not to us! I have a system to mathematically monitor where my new patients come from, how many signed up from the event, how many actually made it to the office and how many stayed, what my return on investment of each event and campaign and mathematically prove whether or not this event was a success.
