As you know, I took the month ofJune offfor my healers holidays. Itwas great being in my own energiesfor a change and having time to dothings I had been putting off formonths.

When it comes to de-cluttering, Impretty good at letting go, but in June- I took it to a whole new level ofOCD!!! You can read all about myWoman Drawer on page 3. Mike,Gavin and I went to Florida for holi-days and we found ourselves in themiddle of a tornado alert which was

very exciting indeed! We also spent acouple of days in a very wet and coldNew York while Ireland enjoyed arare heatwave! I certainly felt my own

heatwave coming on when The Na-

ked Cowboy unexpectedly swept meoffmy feet in Time Square! OMG!

Back home ... On July 27th and 28that least 3 Reiki 2 students will becomeReiki Masters. There are still a fewplaces if any Reiki 2 students wouldlike to register for this workshop.

While in Florida, Mike, Gavin and I had thethrill, and privilege, of swimming with a dolphin named Tyler. After each healing or attunement, yougo through what is known as a Shift.

In simple terms, the Shift is using onewave of light frequencies to clearaway who you are not, and another

wave to help you remember who youreally are. The Light knows where tofind your limiting beliefs, negativethoughts and reactionary emotionsand clear them from your system.

der the heading of makeup ... Every-thing from hotel shower caps to freesamples to old lipsticks and to creamthat went offin 1845. So instead of pre-tending the drawer didnt exist I emp-tied the contents onto the kitchen ta-ble and sorted out the real from the

unreal. It felt great! Then I asked my-self lots of questions; How did I letthe drawer get like this?, Why am Iholding on to all this stuff?, How doI want to Be in relation to all thisstuff? The answers will come!
