ABOUT:This luxury residential loft style condominium was formerly known as the Roosevelt Hotel. Built in 1929, this beautiful period building is in the downtown Financial District and within walking distance from LA Live. The old Roosevelt has been transformed into 223 luxury residential loft style condominiums that feature single and multi-lev-el units. The amenities include a roof top pool, hot tub, spa, fitness center and hydrotherapy rooms. The units range in size from 800 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Muir-Chase replaced all plumbing systems for the renovation.
