Texas Quail FarmsFounded in 2003 with headquarters in Lockhart, Texas, is the largeststate inspected quail processing plant in Texas. The companyproduces a wide variety of protein-based quail products ranging fromwhole birds to semi-boneless birds.

Tender BellyIs in partnership with networks of co-op farmers (all small,family-owned farms) to supply us with the finest meats available. Theanimals are fed a 100% vegetarian diet with no rendered animal byproducts, no antibiotics and no hormones.
