About Rollin & Co Private Limited.  Founded by a team of accounting and corporate services professionals, we are armed with more then 18 years of professional experience in the area of Corporate services, Accounting, Business Advisory and Tax advisory services, ROLLIN & Co believes that each business regardless of size and turnover, deserves to be properly maintained and that it is the responsibility and rights of the directors, shareholders, manager and owners to be well informed with the financial health and capability of the company.  As the market becomes more transparent and volatile these days with the advent of fast information at the finger tips, accurate and fast reporting of financial figures become utmost important when it comes to making business decisions. Thus the role of the accountant is no longer that of a mandatory figure at year-end closing, good financial management should be key asset skill sets of any business.  While it is not rocket science to begin with, corporate compliance matters are both regimental, subject to frequent changes and need an in depth understanding of principles of accounting in unique locality jurisdictions in order to present the right information with responsibility to all parties.

Core ServicesAccounting | Book – keeping.  Rollin & Co provides accounting, book keeping services as an outsourced professional where we undertake the duties of the finance department in various aspect to complement the overall health of the finance function of the company. Our services scope incorporates daily bookkeeping services to periodic approach based on monthly, quarterly or yearly tenures. Full sets accounts are done with standard financial statement made available at the prescribed tenure period. Specialized reports can be provided depending on the needs of the businesses such as gearing ratio, risk exposure, ROE reports, ROI reports, PE ratios, cash flow statements, statement of equity positions, 360 business health analysis etc.  All our services are performed in house with qualified full time accountants; we treat each set of accounts with the due proper procedures and ensure that the reports we generate are compliance with the report standards of the country the company is domiciled in. eg. SFRS, MFRS, CFRS or IFRS. Special request can also be made for our associate partners to provide reports based on the GAAP standards. This greatly reduces the hassles faced by clients with cross border operations and having to translate reports across jurisdiction.

This is done using highend scanning and cloud storage solutions with interface for lowering the usage of paper through e invoicing and e payment solutions.  Where the future of paperless transactions accounting, we have already taken a small step to ensure our clients benefits from it through cost savings and data portability, at the same time helping to reduce the usage of paper and enabling a greener earth for all.
