- Childcare Worker – 24 days – 12 days pre service training & 12 days incremental training

- Supervisors – 56 days – 4 days ECCD Orientation, 12 days pre service, 24 days incremental training and 16 days subject specific – supportive supervision, strengthening communication awareness, organizational systems

- NGO Heads – 14 Days – 4 days ECCD orientation , 10 days subject specific – supportive supervision, organizational systems and governance
