“ ROLE OF PHYSICAL and EARTH SCIENCE IN HUMAN
DEVELOPMENT”
BY :SHAILESH KUMAR SHARMA
Physical science is concerned with study of inanimate natural object including physics, chemistry, astronomy, astrophysics which are interrelated with each other
WHAT IS PHYSCIAL SCIENCE???
2
It help in to build systematic and organize knowledge in a testable explanation and prediction by giving laws and then exploring that
complexity with calculation like Research
3
Earth science, also called as geosciences deal with planetary science with study of concept like atmosphere, hydrosphere and biosphere with discipline like geochemistry, geochronology Earth science focus from evolution of earth to 21st century.
4
It has marvelous complexity like geomagnetic which is keeping our atmosphere safe from million years or the volcanic eruptions. The vast application helps in prediction of fossil fuel, bed rocks and atmospheric condition which help in taking major step in development and advancement of human race

Discovery of HAT-P-11b by help of KLEPER , HUBBLE , SPITZER Telescope
7
ASTRONOMY
NEW PLANENT DISCOVERY FROM NASA BY TELESCOPE
Discovery of HAT-P-11b by help of KLEPER , HUBBLE , SPITZER Telescope
With HUBBLE wide field camera no,3
Transmission spectroscopy is used to observe the presence of water molecule after passing by star light.
8
ASTRONOMY
ACCURATE MEASUREMENT OF DISTANCE AMONG STARS
Data from FERMI- GAMMA Ray space telescope have made an accurate measurement of starlight thrown by stars in universe
9
ASTRONOMY
ACCURATE MEASUREMENT OF DISTANCE AMONG STARS
Optical and UV rays continue to travel from stars which create an fossil radiation field
The total sum of starlight in the cosmos is extra galactic background light(EBL)
To gamma rays EBL function as kind of cosmos fog
By estimating for thickness the average distance between star is 4,150 light years
10
DRUG ANALYIS
A wireless device just smaller than head pin
Work from the radio waves transmitted from out side of body
11
Super small cardiac implantable device
DRUG ANALYISA NEW WAY FOR DRUG ADMINISTRATION
A super small implantable cardiac device that is implanted near the chest
This device can propel through blood streams and perform the function like drugs administration , micro surgeries and can perform diagnostics
The device work by combination of inductive and radiative transmission
12
13
Research at Karlsruhe institute of technology developed this technique for the analysis
This technology compute 3D sequence film in real time and slow motion from generated 100,000 2D radiograph per second
This is adversely used to determine the internal biological structure and working of structure in almost 80 percent species
14
Data for scientific evaluation in anatomic structure helped by phase contrast technique. When X rays passes it outline inner and outer contours
These contours are refined and made distinct from each other by Aleksey a chief image analyst
Estimation of green house gases of entire landscape with collaboration of public data with traffic stimulation and building by building energy consumption
15
Under the research HESTIA by ARIZONA research institute the collaboration of all segments of data from a city is used to construct the 3d model of emission
At present it is applied in Arizona ,California and Indianapolis city in us
The data which is derived is directly used to alert the maximum emission by red colour
By knowing the data one can regulate the emission of carbon dioxide and reduce the adverse change in climate

It is a instrument that measure and record elastic ground vibration called seismic waves which are generated by plate movement or man made explosion.
It was invented by Chinese men Zhang Hang around 132A.D
In 1880 John Milner invented first modern seismograph
Earthquake early warning system in south California quake center is being operated to predict the quake from seismic centre.
20
It work by warning system generated which is depicted from the source by blue star, which cause the seismic wave to radiate out ward.
The fast moving seismic wave front hit the near primary wave front(in yellow)
This trigger the EEW warning system triad of algorithmic to determine the magnitude of wave and locationThe signal start when the P form of wave starts to generate which provide the time of maximum 5 min of prediction

The first continents were formed around 4000 million years ago by processes similar to the plate tectonic processes we see today
Origin of earth after 4 ice age about 4600 million year ago
Alfred Wegener lived in Germany in the early 1900s at a time when most geologistsbelieved that the Earth's crust was able to move up and down, but wasn't able to move sideways. Wegener proposed in his `Theory of continental drift' that the continents drifted across the Earth's surface, forming mountain chains in mountain-building episodes.
23
Jaw saw puzzle structure of South America and Africa
1962 Henry Hess proposed that “newocean was formed at oceanic ridgesnear the centers of oceans, and was carried sideways away from these ridges until it sank into oceanic trenches” called as Sea floor spreading theory
24
According to this theory the pacific ocean is coming close and Atlantic oceans is going far which means the formation of PANGEA!!
P.David in 1904 and B.Brunhes detected reversed magnetic field in lava flow from the Massif Central mountain in France
Change in magnetic field blue zone show weakening and red zone show strengthening
CONCEQUENCE
•Climatic change •Satellite communication •Electricity grid
These cosmic rays were discovered by an Austrian physicist, V. F. Hess
A cosmic ray particles very tiny. It is 1 trillionth of 1 millimeter.
27
Creation of a cloud chamber was the original idea of a Scottish physicist C. T.Rawlinson, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1927.
Primary cosmic rays, the cosmic rays coming from outer space, are mostly protons.
Primary cosmic waves are the waves which are coming from space which are proton they collide in earth atmosphere and form secondary cosmic radiation
Cosmic rays can penetrate 40 cm deep into the surface of Mars and the Moon, and reach ice that may be lying beneath the dust. Cosmic rays would be reflected by hydrogen nuclei , just like billiard balls. We then have to measure the reflected rays via satellite. When the rays that are reflected by hydrogen increase, we are able to pinpoint an area which could have water.
