June 5, 2010– Paris, France Francesca Schiavone on Saturday accomplished the dream of her life and of a whole country with her crowning at the French Open. With her victory (6-4, 7-6) in a 100% Babolat final, against the Australian Samantha Stosur, she is the first Italian woman to win a Grand Slam title. Francesca now joins the Top 10 going from the 17th to the 6th WTA ranking. Congratulations Francesca for this great title and Sam for your final!

June 6, 2010– Paris, France Rafael Nadal became again yesterday the king of the French Open by defeating the one who deprived him last year of a final, the Swedish Robin Soderling (6-4, 6-2, 6-4).
