    Developed an Advanced Qualitative Research Course for doctoral students

    Co-Developed a Service-Learning campus-wide and community event

    Co-Developed an Augmented Reality multidisciplinary campus-wide event

    Co-Designed a Mock Team Interviewing Event with area business leaders

    Designed a doctoral foundational qualitative methods course

    Redesigned two graduate and six undergraduate courses to incorporate new

    technologies impacting business environments as well as teaching of ethics, academic

    honesty, and service-learning.

    Designed, developed, and implemented a peer tutor program involving academically gifted and

    talented secondary students and trained them to mentor at-risk students in all academic areas.

    Adopted by Robert E. Lee HS, Hubbard Middle School, and Dogan Middle School, Tyler ISD.

    Coronado High School, Lubbock, Texas

    Adapted peer tutor program to utilize honor students to help students at-risk. Trained faculty on the

    new program and monitored its implementation.
