27 year-old female, long-term history of repeated otitis during childhood with stable residual hearing loss. Recent left intermittent otorrhoea. No family history of deafness and personal history negative. Otoscopy: right atrophic TM; left ear, posterior-inferior TM perforation with myringitis.

22 year-old female. History of repeated otitis during childhood. Left type 1 tympanoplasty in 2008 (R Vincent) for TM perforation using tragal perichondrium. Good initial anatomical and functional result followed by left recurrent progressive hearing loss. Left revision tympanoplasty in 2011 with TORP (R Vincent) for incus erosion. Good initial result followed by recurrent hearing loss since one year. Otoscopy normal.

Patiente de 22 ans. Antécédents d’otites dans l’enfance. Myringoplastie gauche (R Vincent) en 2008 avec greffe de périchondre tragal pour perforation tympanique avec bon résultat initial puis apparition d’une surdité gauche progressive nécessitant une reprise de tympanoplastie gauche (R Vincent) en 2011 avec ossiculoplastie par TORP pour lyse de l’enclume. Bon résultat initial suivi d’une surdité progressive gauche depuis 1 an. Otoscopie normale.

47 year-old male. Progressive bilateral hearing loss since few years. Left stapedotomy with vein graft interposition and ossiculoplasty with Causse Teflon piston in 2016 with good and stable result. Otoscopy: normal.
